Pros:

11/10 honestly! ☀️

Our stay at the Zen Retreat was amazing. The room was big, clean and beautiful. The porch was heading right to the pool, which we enjoyed often. You also have a cute outdoor library and gym with Yoga mats and some Sports equipment If needed.
The whole place is well taken care of and designed with a love to detail.

The breakfast was good and the in-house Restaurant as well. The staff is very friendly and helped us plan several short trips, massages and so on.

The place is located a little off the old town, which makes it quiet and chill - but Grab is available anytime (as well as the shuttle Service the hotel offers twice a day) and it Takes only about 10 minutes into the old town.

Would highly recommend it to everyone to stay there, we loved it ☀️🌴🌊🤍

Sehr schöne und ruhige Unterkunft.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einem traumhaften Pool und Garten! Die Zimmer sind schön groß und ruhig! Zudem bietet die Unterkunft einen kostenlosen Shuttle in die Stadt an! Sehr schöne, ruhige Anlage!

Pros:

Posizione comoda a 7/8 minuti da Ancient quarter. Struttura tranquilla immersa in un'oasi di pace (di cui abbiamo potuto godere poco per il maltempo)! Bellissima la vista del laghetto dove sono posizionati i vari bungalow con servizio palestra, sala lettura relax, cocktail bar, spa. La piscina a sfioro ma tutto il necessario per rilassarsi e passare una giornata tranquilla. La nostra camera spaziosa al piano terra con vista piscina, godeva di due accessi separati, un letto king size e tutto il necessario descritto. Lo staff super accogliente e disponibile. Prezioso il servizio navetta gratuito (ad orari stabiliti) per il centro città e ritorno, ed il noleggio gratuito delle bici, ahimè anche quello non usufruito per il maltempo! Colazione buona in linea con gli standard vietnamiti! Tutto top! Si può comodamente usufruire del servizio ristorazione, anche in camera dalle 11 alle 21! Abbiamo cortesemente chiesto al check out di poterci fermare fino alle 15:00 per esigenze, senza problemi ci è stato concesso con un piccolo sovrapprezzo!

Cons:

Piccola difficoltà con l'acqua calda, ci metteva un po' ad arrivare in doccia ma era comunque tiepida, nulla di drammatico!

Потрясающий отель. Персонал очень отзывчивый, дружелюбный! Вид из номера фантастический. Завтраки вкусные. Бассейн чистый . В отеле есть небольшой ресторан. Уже хочется обратно. Рекомендую!

Schöne Unterkunft zum Entspannen mit super netten Personal
Pros:

Wir haben vom super netten Personal sehr viele Tipps erhalten für Ausflüge. Weiterhin haben Sie sofort bei Problemen geholfen und Lösungen angeboten! Das Personal ist im Retreat sehr sehr gut! Es ist ruhig und hat einen Pool den man auch bei Regen nutzen kann. Außerdem gibt es einen Shuttlebus, mit dem man kostenfrei nach Hoi An kommt. Dieser fährt 2x täglich hin und 2x täglich zurück. Kostenfrei kann man ebenfalls Fahrräder ausleihen. Das Moped kostete 200.000 VND für einen Tag Leihe (Helme waren kostenfrei und Sprit nicht inkl.)

Cons:

Leider hatten wir beim ersten Frühstück eine Made in einer Drachenfrucht. Außerdem hatten wir direkt neben unserem Zimmer jeden Tag Frösche die gequakt haben. Der Duschkopf war dreckig und die Armaturen teils rostig. Bei der Badewanne mussten wir erst 4 min auf heißes Wasser warten und dann konnte man das kalte Wasser nicht mehr zum regulieren aufdrehen. Die Verarbeitung der Fliesen und anderer Ecken im Zimmer ist leider nicht wirklich ordentlich gewesen. Das Fitnessstudio ist leider sehr klein und nicht wirklich gut ausgestattet und es gab Löcher in der Yogamatte. Die Bademäntel und Handtücher waren teilweise etwas befleckt. Der Pool hatte Algenbefall. Letztendlich waren viele Dinge nicht so schlimm, aber daher reicht es eben nicht für eine 9/10. Das Personal verdient mehr als 10 Punkte!!!
