Close to the haram and has restaurants and small shops nearby. Room was neat and clean.
Electric kettle had black dust or soot coming off when water was heated.
Property is very near to Haram and has a grocery shop nearby. Cold drink and Tea shop is also nearby.
It's a small hotel with small rooms and small bathrooms. No water bottles or tissue paper provided.

It is near the kabba
The room is not clean no service in the room no house keeping the plumping is bad . I used to take shower in the sink . There is a wheel chair access but it is not an access for real . It very hard to use . It is considered the most expensive hotel I have seen in my life as it offers nothing and I mean nothing . You a room without any amenities
The location was perfect even for taxi, and walking distance to Haram and location wise way better.
The facilities were shit, and the door locks were not upto standard and some cleaning staff barge inside the room if it’s slight open which is really a issue in privacy,
