Guest Reviews
Food was everywhere to eat and a lot of variety. Also we were a 20 walk or 6 min taxi from the Ben Thanh market.
The check in process was weird. This isn't a hotel but an apartment building. There are signs that say temporary residence was not allowed which made me feel like at any time we would need to relocate but people were checking in everyday so it must have been fine.

Everything went smoothly.
Left the apartment spotless.
Anh responded very quickly and flexibly when we checked in. The place is very clean and modern.
Anh was very attentive and friendly. We had some welcoming gifts waiting for us as we arrived. The place is new, modern, and very clean.
The host is kind and responsive. You will be in a great spot in District 1. Can’t go wrong with this option!
It was big, roomy, and clean. The host is very responsive and super helpful. We would definitely book here again.
We are very happy and comfortable at River Gate apartmeNT.
Perfect for our family. Affordable. The kids loved the pool. We used Grab to get us around!
Outstanding apartment, beautiful view, and we were very lucky to witness the fireworks from the balcony on Vietnamese Independence Day. 3 bedrooms too, absolutely will rent again.
Good location, and the host is really friendly and responsive.
