Роботы курьеры слишком часто занимают лифт, у метро поблизости очень агрессивно продают реплики товаров, расположение в целом удачное, но сам район не самый располагающий к прогулкам, также не так много вкусных точек еды поблизости

Great stay
Pros:

Amazing location. Just few minutes walk to the Bund. Right by train station too for easy transport. Staff was friendly. Housekeeping was great. They have a cute hat wearing robot for room service lol

Great location, big room and dedicated and friendly staff.

Too few lift and size of lift small for those using wheelchair. The robots taking the lift also couldn’t sense the hotel guest coming out from the lift.

Hele mooie grote kamer met keuken. Geweldige locatie, rustig maar dicht bij de Bund.

Cons:

Extra bed was van zeer slechte kwaliteit. De bank lag vele malen beter.

Достойный отель в топовой локации
Pros:

Отличный современный отель рядом со всеми основными достопримечательностями. Бунд в 2 шагах, Нанкин роуд тоже недалеко. Большой номер со всякими прибамбасами вроде умного унитаза и затемняющегося стекла в санузле (непонятно вообще зачем было стену в туалете стеклянную делать))) Отель очень продвинутый - по коридорам и в лифтах шныряют роботы в шляпах и с бабочками))) в номерах все есть - и халаты и тапочки и гели-шампуни и капсульная кофемашина и чайник. Завтраки хорошие, но без изысков. Фруктов маловато. Станция метро в 100 метрах от отеля.

Cons:

Да в принципе и нет ничего отрицательного))) неплохо было бы хоть пару сотрудников на ресепшен иметь англоговорящих - пока что все общение через переводчик.
