It was a over night stay, the room was clean and neat. The staff members were friendly. Check-in and checkout was hassle free, everything went fast.

An utterly unacceptable and deeply unprofessional experience. I booked through Booking.com with the clearly stated option to pay at the property, yet on the very day of arrival I was informed that the hotel had cancelled our reservation because I had supposedly failed to pay 50% in advance. At no point was this requirement properly communicated. In fact, I had contacted the hotel a week earlier to ask whether card payment was accepted, which would have been the obvious opportunity to mention any advance-payment requirement. Had we been informed, we would have paid immediately.
What is especially troubling is that the hotel appears to have cancelled the reservation unilaterally without properly updating it on Booking.com, despite the booking already being past the free-cancellation period. This caused completely unnecessary stress as we scrambled to contact the property through multiple channels on the day of arrival. A hotel that cannot clearly communicate its own payment terms or manage a reservation correctly demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism. I would not trust this property with a future booking.
Staff was very friendly and courteous. They also bring the food you order very fast. The room was spacious.
Facilities were too old and run-down. Everything needs replacing immediately. The shower head was rusty and rust water came out when we first tried it.
There was also no room service.
I recommend this hotel because its centrally located at karol bagh. You did not regret staying here.

The entire space felt pleasant and trendy. The lighting and decor were fantastic, hard work that they added to the room's comfort. I had everything I needed, and the service was great.
