NO BREAKFAST PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF OCCUPAYING THEY SAID COMPLEMENTARY B/F WHEN WE SETTLE THE BILL ALL THEY CHARGED.6 EGG SCRAMPLE 960/-EVEN FOR DRINKING WATER THEY CHARGED VERY HIGH NO PROPER BILL JUST WRITE IN WASTE PAPER AND SHOWN THIS MUCH.FIRST PAYMENT ALSO THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO ACCEPT CARD PAYMENT.FINAL PAYMENT FOR DRINKING WATER BREAKEFAST AND A DINNER CHARGED AROUND 13000/-FOR WHICH HE DID NOT MAKE ANY SYSTEM GENERATED BILL HE SAID THAT IS LOCAL ARRANGEMENT NO BILL. ALSO GIVEN A G PAY ACCOUNT OF SOME ONES PERSONEL NOT PANICKERS RESIDENCY.

SHOULD HAVE PROPER BILL PAYMENT TO THE COMPANY NAME .SHOULD AVOID HIDEN CHARGES.SHOULD BE REMOVED FRONT OFFICE STAFF.ALSO REASTAURANT VERY BAD SITUATION NO STAFF.

Excellent Staff,disappointing Room Condition

The staff were polite,friendly and helpful.The housekeeping team is doing its best to keep the rooms clean and their effort is appreciated.

Cons:

The photos on the booking website appear to be from when the hotel first opened. The property now needs proper maintenance, as many areas look old and worn out. In the bathroom, several fittings were rusted or had heavy water stains, making us hesitant to touch them. There are many small maintenance issues throughout the hotel that should be addressed to improve hygiene and the overall guest experience. The bedsheets, pillows, and towels also looked very old and are due for replacement.
