Hat mit 5 Sterne und alles inklusiv nichts zu tun.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage das war die einzige positives.

Cons:

Hat überhaupt nicht mit 5 Sterne zu tun.
Sehr wenig Essen Auswahl und sehr schlechte Qualität. Die soft Getränke sind aus Maschine, die Alkohol war Katastrophe.
Im Strand in einem kleine Hüte werden nur Bier und soft Getränke serviert , Rest gegen Bezahlung.
Nie wieder.

Pros:

Everything was excellent: the room was comfortable, the food was on par with a top-level restaurant, the sea was close to the hotel, and the staff were kind, helpful, and provided excellent service!

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like. We will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to our friends.

Prima hotel voor een paar dagen, maar geen 5 sterren.
Pros:

Nette kamer, goed eten, prachtig restaurant op de 5e verdieping. Een speciale dank voor Isa voor de bediening!

Cons:

De faciliteiten aan het strand schieten echt te kort voor een 5 sterren hotel.

Pros:

The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect, a true 10 out of 10, and the kindness of the reception and restaurant staff goes beyond any rating! The food was good and plentiful, with a fairly varied and tasty selection.

Cons:

The hotel itself does not truly meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, on the first night, I had the bad luck of staying in a room with mould in the bathroom and a very unpleasant smell.
From my perspective, there also seems to be a lack of communication between the reception staff and the housekeeping team. For example, there were two days without soap in the room, which should not happen in a 5-star hotel.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay, although the value for money leaves something to be desired. As a recommendation for the future, it might be useful for the hotel management team to check the rooms more often and personally verify their condition.
Another important aspect, related to job satisfaction and professionalism, is that the restaurant and reception staff, although seemingly working every day and possibly more than 8–10 hours, were always smiling and ready to help.
At the same time, the quality of the drinks — the juice and coffee, although available in unlimited quantities — leaves something to be desired.

Ruhiges Hotel, toller Service, schöner Strand und Frühstück mit traumhaftem Meerblick.

Ruhiges, familiäres Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Service und unvergesslichen Mahlzeiten mit Meerblick

Die größte Stärke dieses Hotels ist der Service. Die Rezeption ist wirklich hervorragend: Anliegen werden sehr schnell, ruhig und fast unbemerkt gelöst. Das gesamte Personal sorgt dafür, dass man sich gut betreut fühlt, ohne dass der Service aufdringlich wirkt.

Das Hotel ist eher klein, familiär und ruhig. Abends gibt es Live-Musik auf sehr gutem Niveau. Die Diskothek war während unseres Aufenthalts nicht geöffnet. Für Gäste, die ein ausgeprägtes Nachtleben suchen, ist das Hotel daher vermutlich weniger geeignet. Wer hingegen Ruhe und eine entspannte Atmosphäre schätzt, wird sich hier wohlfühlen.

Das Essen ist ausreichend und man wird auf keinen Fall hungrig bleiben. Wer allerdings riesige Buffets über mehrere Etagen und eine nahezu endlose Auswahl erwartet, ist hier nicht ganz richtig. Das Hotel ist überschaubar, und entsprechend ist auch das Angebot. Das All-inclusive-Angebot würde ich insgesamt als durchschnittlich bewerten: Alles Wesentliche ist vorhanden, aber ohne außergewöhnliche Vielfalt oder besonderen Luxus.

Ein echtes Highlight ist das Frühstück auf der Terrasse. Der leichte Meereswind, der wunderschöne Blick aufs Meer und die ruhige Atmosphäre am Morgen sind einfach unvergesslich. Auch das Abendessen kann man auf der Terrasse genießen und dabei den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Für mich gehört das ganz klar zu den schönsten Seiten dieses Hotels.

Die Zimmer sind eher klein. Auch die Balkone im Gebäude A sind sehr klein, sodass man dort zu zweit nicht wirklich bequem sitzen kann. Dafür ist der Meerblick wunderschön und entschädigt vieles. Die Qualität der Zimmerreinigung hängt etwas von der jeweiligen Schicht ab: An manchen Tagen war sie sehr gut, an anderen etwas weniger gründlich.

Die Minibar wird täglich aufgefüllt. Sie enthält Wasser, Cola, Fanta und Saft. Zusätzlich wird jeden Tag eine große Flasche Wasser ins Zimmer gestellt.

Pros:

3 arkadaş 2 oda rezervasyon yaptık ve oldukça memnun kaldık, sahili güzeldi, sesiz olması çok iyi oldu bizim için. Yemekler inanılmaz lezzetli ve ilgili personel ile ayrıca güzel bir deneyim yaşadık. Resepsiyon ve barda çalışan arkadaşlar en iyi deneyimi yaşamamız için hep bir özveri gösterdiler.

Pros:

Personalet tok godt vare på meg på reise dagen. Ble syk og dem fikset mat og et rom til meg sånn at jeg skulle slippe og sitte i resepsjonen i 3-4 timer.
