No Table, shared bathroom, no tv, no sound proof from adjacent room, no wardrobe lack of towels, Shower not clean, Front door loose, windows could not open, no fresh air, no air con. Dripping gutter in the rain.

This place is perfectly situated - close to all the shops, close to the shopping centre and the train station. The room was very clean and had a welcoming feeling. The whole property is well maintained.
I would suggest a mini fridge in the rooms for us to keep our own drinks in our rooms, I didn't feel comfortable leaving my milk and soft drinks and water in the communal kitchen as you share the kitchen with complete strangers - I found that bit uneasy.As the property is very close to the train station it is very noisy when you want quiet time during the day and night.
The place was clean and close to the tube. The room was quite spacious.
We booked a triple room for the 3 of us. When we arrived, we only had 2 towels. We also didn't have a hairdryer. I messaged the property at around 19:00, they said someone will bring everything in the morning. The next day, the person who was supposed to bring everything only arrived at 11:00, by which point we already had to shower and leave, so 2 of us had to share one towel.

In the beginning I thought they were being difficult when it came to collecting identification but We fully understand why the vetting process and identity checks are so thorough, the place is top notch and i under they wan to know all information before you check in so should you damage or deface the property tpu can be found or charged for damages.....We will be back.
