Nothing
The staff were treated very badly,I sent a message via WhatsApp and no one answered us,also we called to find out how we could reach and the employee was not interested, half an hour trying to reach them.
New & clean
L'hotel non esisteva e mi hanno chiesto ulteriori soldi per darmi il post code della struttura.

Location near to Ealing Broadway station so quick access to London
Hot weather so needed windows open so lots of noise from tubes due to proximity to station.
Disappointed no TV in room. Also booked regularly on booking.com but never had to leave security deposit or upload ID privately before which seemed overkill for basic accommodation.
It was clean and nice decor, easy reach to loads of restaurants, etc.. the are itself looked nice.. instructions are clear but still can be a little confusing but on the whole they are really easy to reach out to for help
When weather is a little high temp a fan would have been very helpful, opened window and since our room was over looked the train rail ways, it was a little noisy..
Nothing In This Price you can easily Bought a hotel room As there is AC as well but in this property there is not even a fan
Facilities
nothing no air conditioning
nothing
Location was good
There was no window and the room was very hot
It is a convenient location, and with the right repairs and care could be a fine place to stay. Towels were provided and the rooms felt secure. Good airflow with the windows open, which was beneficial in a heatwave. There are plugs by the bed and a lamp is provided.
An extensive amount of information was required from me in order to stay here - pictures of my photo ID, signing a renters agreement, and a deposit.
The shower didn't drain properly and the drain was full of hair. The bathroom also had some mould on the walls that had been poorly painted over. The toilet and bathroom shelf were broken. The bed was uncomfortable due to a very thin mattress.
There were freight trains running all night next to the window. We received the check-in information 45 minutes before our check-in time, which was quite late in my opinion.
For the price they are charging, it is not worth it - just stay in a hotel with a proper front desk and no deposit required.
Location was good.
First of all, the instructions for getting in are unclear and in the wrong order (we helped several other guests locate keys and such because everyone had the same problem). Then we open up our room to be smacked in the face by a disgusting amount of heat, no ventilation in the room, curtains were open which allowed the sun to beam through, and the window doesn't even open so we couldn't vent the room while we popped out. We also did not have access to the bathroom window, it was locked and it gets very hot in there! The freezer is completely broken, iced over and not at the right temperature (I left a bottle of water in there overnight and not one bit of ice in it, therefore it would be extremely unsafe to store food in there). The floors were not mopped at all, my feet were completely black from walking around for about 10 minutes. The clothes rack was broken in our room, we had to put it back together ourselves. Many dust bunnies around the ceiling areas, some bugs squished on the walls. And the outside area was covered in fag buts and rubbish.
Also the listing said private bathroom and shared bathroom... there was no private bathroom at all.
Very much not worth the price it was.
Most of my evidence is in video form which I cannot upload here.
Was happy to find this hotel in such short notice
The check-in process is needlessly complicated. I had to fill in an online form even after making the initial reservation, provide forms of ID for all guests (despite these guests not being referenced at all during when making this reservation), and provide a £50 deposit per room. The online form was slow and the entire process took best part of 30 minutes. Despite already paying for the rooms, I was not provided with the exact location of the hotel until after this additional form was completed. A ridiculous system.
The location.
I did not like the check in process. You only receive the check in information 1 hour before arrival, which means you cannot plan. Having to give out sensitive details and pay a security deposit is very unusual for booking.com. I have also reported it to actionfraud.
They state they will «go the extra mile» to make your stay better, but we arrived to a faulty fan in a heatwave and a room that had a temperature in the high 30’s. You know it’s bad when you have to go outside to cool down in a heatwave. I reported the faulty fan to the staff and they responded very unprofessionally, insinuating that we had damaged the fan, despite only having arrived a few minutes prior to reporting it faulty. They also stated that a fan was not a part of the amenities, but the rooms lacked proper ventilation, as you could not open any windows, and they only had a small vent in the ceiling which made no difference. Providing a working fan in a heatwave is also the bare minimum. Found the staff to be very unhelpful and also rude in their responses, not taking the time to read messages properly.
Additionally, there is no wall between rooms 1 and 2. Just a thin door. So it is essentially like sharing a room with strangers, as you can even hear them breathing.
We were glad we only stayed one sleepless night due to the extreme heat and excessive noise. Would not recommend this place.
The room was nice, clean and exactly what I had expected. Great location and great price from Booking.com
I did not like the fact that the Owner demanded a photocopy of my Passport or Driving Licence before providing me with full access information to the room. I found that to be totally unnecessary, having already paid for the room through Booking.com, particularly as there was a threat that my access could be delayed if I failed to provide that.
I also did not like her insistence on photo identity from my guest. I had booked a room for two and that should have been sufficient. In the end, my guest was unable to join me, but the demand left a bad taste with me.
Location
No mention of the room being upstairs which were difficult to navigate with large suitcases. There was no fan or air conditioning on a 35 degree day, no bath mat or flannels, a sock and dirty tissue were under the bed overall a disappointing stay considering the proce
It was modern
In room 2 there is no window so it’s like a sauna in there when it is hot. THE WIFI DOESNT WORK. The front door is a bit doggy so had to climb through the window at 12:45am. The owner took for ever to answer the messages and didn’t help at all. All the cups were dirty. There was mouldy food in the fridge. Couldn’t open the window in bathroom because the was a bin in the way. Makes it out that you have access to the garden but only if your in room 1. I would 100% not recommend.
