Ealing Broadway Great Stay 7-Minute Walk from the Underground

Noises close to Tran track and the noise was terrible I could not sleep or hear myself request to change to quiet room was not successful. Bathroom door was broken I reported it both g happens I was uneasy for all of my stay thinking someone would walk in on me or that I would get locked in. I would not recommend

In the previous stays the room had an en suite bathroom so I presumed it would be the same this as it wasn’t specified that there WASN’T en suite, this was disappointing. Also there was no where to hang clothes and the only window to open was a huge bi fold door which I didn’t know if it was secure.

Flot nybyggeri ved første øjekast. Men dårligt lavet. Der er meget lydt. Toilettet nedenunder virkede ikke. Ovenpå var låsen i stykker. Dårlig seng og vinduer kan ikke åbnes. Dårlig vedligeholdt. Vi valgte stedet da det var 5 min fra togstationen og vi skulle tidligt af sted. Kan ikke anbefales på nogen måde.

I accidentally reserved the wrong room and the staff refused to let me switch which was the same price but had a private bathroom and windows. The room I accidentally booked had no open windows and the room had no ventilation and was stuffy and too hot. I had to keep my room door open at times to let some air in.

SCAM. Never sent check in details, was trying to charge my bank £50 multiple times , claimed these are charges for check in details but I had already paid on here, makes no sense . DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

the other people staying in the house were quite noisy, however this is not necessarily at fault of the property staff!

The noise from the trains especially when you have the windows open during the hot weather

Pokój jest położony w bardzo bliskiej odległości od metra, które w tym miejscu nie biegnie pod ziemią, więc jest bardzo, bardzo głośno, a pociągi jeżdżą co kilka minut. Jeśli ktoś nie śpi kamiennym snem, to bez zatyczek do uszu się nie obejdzie. Nawet, jeśli okna są zamknięte, to jest dość głośno.

The fact that unless you read every hidden detail in the terms and conditions. once you book the room you recieve messages telling you that all guests are require to submit pictures holding IDs and ingormation that is intrucive and no require to book a room for a night the level of personal information is disgusting and if you dont agree to share all the information and send pictures of your ID passport and driving licence via txt messages and whattapp .....well no refund it is in the T&C ....looked like a scam to me so i lost the booking thank you but disgraceful.

I took me about 1.5 hours to check in. There are no staff on site and I had to check in over the phone and internet while sitting around the corner in a pub. After about 1.5 hours i was finally allowed entry.
