A perfect stay and a very good experience. The staff were incredibly attentive, introducing me to local specialties and genuinely wanting to get to know me and interact with me. The rooms are very modern and clean. I highly recommend it.

If I could give more stars, I absolutely would.

The main reason is the incredible attention and kindness from the entire team on site. From the moment we arrived, to needing things at 1am, all the way until check-out, everyone was always pleasant, genuinely helpful, and truly caring. You can really feel that the team wants to help, and they do it in such a genuine and warm way.

Also, we were traveling for our honeymoon, and the team welcomed us with flowers and thoughtful details that we will honestly never forget. Those small gestures made this trip even more special and unique for us. Thank you so much for making our first trip to Beijing such an unforgettable experience.

The room was honestly very comfortable. I especially liked the fact that the walls are relatively high, so you still get natural light in a more indirect and soft way. Personally, I loved that atmosphere.

The hotel location is also excellent, right next to the Lama Temple. One important recommendation I would give future guests, because it happened to me, is that most taxis will drop you off on the main street since the hotel is located in a very small perpendicular alley. When I arrived, I honestly thought the hotel was not there because I could not immediately see it. So just a little tip: do not worry if the taxi leaves you on the main road, simply walk straight ahead and you will find it. The whole area feels very safe.

The breakfast was also nice, and they varied it a bit depending on the day. Of course, we are in China, so it is important to know that this is not a typical Western breakfast. There were noodles, sometimes dim sum, and other local options. For us, during the three days we stayed, it was actually very good and we enjoyed it.

The hotel is well located, very new and the service provided by the staff is just amazing. They really take care of the guests.
They helped us a lot with everything. We needed some help to call a chinese number and they were there for us. They also speak english, which is a big big plus (and not easy to find in china)
The breakfast is also very good, and different every morning, which is great.
I can only recommend this place.

Warmest welcome from the lovely staff. They went above and beyond with their help - even preparing a breakfast to go when we had an early departure.

Location and friendliness of staff

This was probably the best accommodation we stayed at during our time in Beijing. Located in a charming Hutong area, it is close to public transport and some of the attractions—the Lama Temple and Confucius Temples are both just a few minutes away on foot.
​The staff speaks English really well (anyone who has traveled around China knows this is a rare and welcome bonus!) and they gave us a very warm welcome. The hotel itself is brand new, spotless, and all the facilities work perfectly. Breakfast was mix of Chinese and Western cuisine, balanced mix of fresh vegetables and hearty meat options. Overall, it is a very cute, cozy place to stay, and I would absolutely come back!

Amazing staff and location

This hotel is really cute and cozy. The people who work there made our stay an outstanding, amazing experience. We are in a different part of China now, and we wish we could have this hotel and staff for the rest of our travels.
They are some of the friendliest and sweetest people I've ever met. It is so nice to be around such cheerful people every morning. Everyone is SO helpful and kindhearted. They each go above and beyond what any guest would ever expect. They all felt like family by the end of our stay.
They helped us order food delivered to our room for dinner, order a driver from the airport, and even did our laundry for us !
They made refreshing juice one day, tea, special fruit platters.
And not having to stay in to do our laundry, saved us so much time for touring Beijing.
Our rooms really really quiet. We didn't hear any street noise. The beds and pillows are comfortable, the linens are smooth and clean, the towels are clean and fluffy, with plenty provided. Clean towels every day.
You need to walk down an alleyway to the hotel. But on the last day Nina ( Neena ) hauled my rolling luggage all the way down the alley for me and waited for our driver with us. I was impressed at how cheerful and helpful every single member of the staff was during our 6 night stay. The breakfast is great too, with so many dishes served. They serve everything to you and will make your latte for you. All you need to do is relax and enjoy. We didn't want to leave and we miss them.
