Best Beijing hotel
Pros:

This hotel is certainly one of the nicest and best in Beijing at maybe in the whole world. It is very clean, very comfortable, very well located, very calm too, but what makes it really outstanding, is the staff! It is not only polite and friendly, but really helpful , caring, fresh, good humoured and cordial , you feel welcome and like at home - better than at home actually.

La struttura è meravigliosa ed il personale ancora di più. È un luogo familiare, ci siamo sentiti da subito a casa. Le ragazze sono state sempre disponibili e ci hanno accolto con tanto affetto, della frutta fresca e una bevanda buonissima. Inoltre ci hanno offerto un upgrade della stanza gratuitamente e devo dire che sia la struttura sia la camera erano molto grandi e moderne, proprio come nelle foto. Nonostante ci svegliassimo molto presto ci hanno sempre fatto trovare un sacchetto per la colazione o la colazione appena tornavamo. Inoltre in questi giorni sarà il mio compleanno e mi hanno fatto un regalo dolcissimo ed inaspettato, le ragazze parlano un perfetto inglese e ci hanno aiutato per qualsiasi esigenza. Consiglio vivamente la struttura perché è davvero fra le migliori in cui sono stata qui in Cina. Grazie di tutto.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad. Alles was uitstekend! Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De accommodatie was zeer schoon en netjes. De locatie is perfect: rustig, maar toch dicht bij alles wat je nodig hebt. We raden deze accommodatie zeker aan en komen graag nog eens terug!

This hotel was absolutely excellent. The staff were wonderful, the room was large, super nice, and modern. Location was fantastic and breakfast was really good. They found out it was my birthday and they GOT ME A BIRTHDAY CAKE. Like, a really nice one!! It was honestly simply amazing. I highly, highly recommend this hotel!

Great place to explore Beijing for a few days
Pros:

staff was super- friendly and helpful, offered us complimentary breakfast on the day of arrival, free laundry service, take-away breakfast on the day of departure - top notch!

Location is also excellent, even though at first sight it seems like a unlikely back alley for such a nice hotel - eventually, lots of sights are within reach and there are lots of shops and food options within walking distance
