I thought the glowing reviews online were exaggerated, but they turned out to be completely true. This was a truly exceptional stay, marked by a level of staff care and hospitality I have never experienced at any other hotel.

The rooms were very clean and extremely well-equipped with everything you could possibly need.

From the moment we arrived, the entire team went above and beyond to make us feel right at home, quickly making us feel less like guests and more like friends. Their English is very good, which made communicating seamless—especially when I unexpectedly needed medical help. The team put all their effort into supporting me through it, ensuring I was completely taken care of.

The daily experience was just as impressive. Every morning started with an incredible breakfast featuring a wonderful variety of delicious options. What really sets this place apart, though, is the extraordinary team behind it:

We had a really lovely stay. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and whenever we had a question or needed anything, they were always quick to help.

A nice little touch was the homemade snacks and treats they prepared every day. There was something different each day, and both the kids and adults really enjoyed them.

The hotel has a great atmosphere and was perfect for travelling with children. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

Everything! The location is excellent, close to quite a few attractions and practically neighbours with Lama Temple, many restaurants nearby, also close to metro station although we didn’t need to use the metro this time. The best is about the staff - everyone was super helpful, going well beyond my expectations. They helped with directions, itinerary of our free day, restaurant recommendations and reservations. One lady booked my daughter’s nail appointment, and then checked in with us to see if we got there ok.

The hotel & rooms were beautiful. The staff were so friendly and helpful! They really made the experience so much better.

Very nice rooms and perfect location

Le personnel est vraiment très disponible et présent quand vous avez besoin. Ils parlent très bien anglais et sont très souriants. L’hôtel est très bien placé, facile d’accès depuis l’aéroport et pratique car proche de métro. Ils sauront vous faire de bonnes recommandations. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortable et le petit déjeuner est très copieux et nouveau chaque jours. Je recommande. Mention spéciale à Foufou et Jessie.

非常用心經營的四合院民宿，民宿本身有一個大露台，可以在那裡悠閒體會北京胡同裏的慢時光，房內招待住客的飲品一點都不馬虎，提供了北京極有代表性的北冰洋與信遠齋的桂花酸梅湯，床及枕頭軟硬適中，晚上休憩時很舒服環境也很安靜，整個團隊都很友善熱情，服務充滿溫度。
早餐非常的豐盛與美味，咖啡也好喝。
民宿位置距離地鐵很近，前往各個景區或到機場搭機都很方便，人潮眾多的雍和宮就在附近。

The property was next to everything. Tons of amazing food and activities.

Everything is very modern and clean.
The staff were so friendly and welcoming and always enthusiastic about assisting us with everything we need.

The room, the facilities, the location, the breakfast but above all the AMAZING staff. FuFu is a gem, and she has made our stay more than wonderful. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Lage ist super, da die U-Bahn ganz in der Nähe ist. Wir hatten extra ein Drei-Personen-Zimmer gebucht. Leider war dieses auf zwei Ebenen verteilt, was für uns nicht optimal war, da es beengt war. Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue muy satisfactoria de principio a fin. La ubicación es uno de sus grandes puntos fuertes: se encuentra muy cerca de una boca de metro, lo que facilita enormemente moverse por la ciudad y llegar a las principales zonas de interés sin complicaciones ni largos desplazamientos.
En cuanto a las habitaciones, destacaría la limpieza, ya que estaban impecables durante toda la estancia, algo que se agradece mucho y que transmite confianza desde el primer momento.
Pero si algo hay que resaltar por encima de todo es el trato del personal. Los empleados fueron extremadamente amables en todo momento y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier consulta o necesidad. Incluso nos gestionaron unas entradas y tuvieron con nosotros algún pequeño detalle que, aunque sencillo, se valora muchísimo y hace que la estancia sea todavía más especial.

En definitiva, un hotel que combina una excelente ubicación, habitaciones cuidadas y, sobre todo, un servicio humano y atento que marca la diferencia. Sin duda, repetiría.

Lo staff è semplicemente incredibile. Mi sono venute quasi le lacrime a salutarli al momento della partenza. Siamo stati accolti in un modo meraviglioso, e sono sempre stati felici di poterci aiutare in ogni modo. È stato tutto perfetto. La stanza, la comodità del letto, la posizione. Colazione incredibile. Riprenoterei qui altre mille volte.
