Badeværelset er i dårlig stand. Døren til badeværelset kan ikke lukkes og er helt rådden og der mangler klinker i gulvet.

Derudover er der meget lyt i ejendommen, så man tydeligt kan høre snakken i de andre lejligheder - ikke fedt når folk kommer fulde i hjem fra byen…
