Für romantische Zweisamkeit sehr zu empfehlen, mit kleinen Kindern eher eine Alternative buchen
Pros:

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit gemischten Gefühlen erlebt. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die schönen und großzügigen Zimmer sowie die prachtvolle Villa, die ein besonderes Ambiente schafft. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut und ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Weniger überzeugt hat uns jedoch das Abendessen. Die Speisen wurden leider nur lauwarm serviert und der Wein war deutlich zu warm, was den Gesamteindruck des Dinners erheblich beeinträchtigt hat.

Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang mit unserer Reservierung. Obwohl wir im Voraus mit unseren Kindern bei der Rezeption gebucht hatten, sollten wir beim Dinner zunächst abgewiesen werden. Dann sollten wir noch den Tisch wechseln da dieser, an dem wir uns gesetzt hatten „reserviert“ war. Wir blieben sitzen. Der Kellner war unfreundlich und hat uns spüren lassen, dass wir mit unseren Kindern unerwünscht sind. Hätten wir eine Alternative gehabt, wären wir gegangen.

Un endroit à découvrir absolument
Pros:

L amabilité, l efficacité, la prévenance, la conversation et le sourire des différents membres du personnel. Tout l hôtel est décoré avec goût. Les attentions pour notre lune de miel nous ont fait très plaisir ! Le restaurant est digne d'un plusieurs fois etoilé, pour un prix très abordable : il faut absolument goûter la cuisine de ce chef ! Musique douce dans une bibliothèque très agréable

Cons:

Le tarif du parking est un peu élevé, quoique non obligatoire

Pros:

De locatie, de sfeer. Echt fantastisch ingericht.
En dat in combinatie met meer dan uitstekende service van het personeel. Ontbijt prima en de vrijdagavond bbq die heerlijk was. De chef d’equipe die langs de tafels komt om te vragen of alles naar wens is. Het meedenken, in ons geval mochten we iets later uitchecken omdat mijn vrouw niet lekker was. Een dikke tien dus. Merci!

Absolutely dreadful avoid !!
Pros:

Nothing - deluxe suite in the annex turned out to be a pocky room in the attic of a building on the other side of the road from the hotel -the view from the attic windows at knee level was of the back of the hotel - the photos used to publicise this hotel would be a breach of trade description legislation in most countries - it’s a complete sham The swimming pool is the size of a bath tub the view from the terrace of the hotel is across the car park

Le shampoing et l’après shampooing fixes J’ai des cheveux très longs et j’ai besoin de beaucoup de shampooing et d’après shampoing les petites bouteilles sont plus facile à manier
Au restaurant, les portions sont trop petites ( filet de bar minuscule)

Tolles altes Schloss, sehr hübsch renoviert, aber mit Mängeln

Das Schloss hat Charme und eine gute Lage. Der Garten, die Terrasse und die Gemeinschaftsräume sind geschmackvoll renoviert. Die Zimmer haben Charme. Unseres hat aber etwas modrig gerochen und es war sichtbar, dass die Instandhaltung wohl mehr kostet, als vorhanden ist. Es hat uns aber trotzdem gefallen, es ist ein spezielles Haus .

Cons:

Klimaanlage im Zimmer lief kaum und es gab keine Mückengitter an den Fenstern , dadurch wurde es in der Nacht sehr warm.

Déçu par le niveau d’une prestation vendue comme une suite 4*
Pros:

Le dîner du dernier soir au restaurant de l’hôtel. La piscine agréable. Le personnel à l’écoute et aimable.

Cons:

Le niveau de prestations de ce qui vendu comme une « suite », n’est pas à la hauteur des attentes. « Suite » sous le toit, hauteur du plafond très basse, fenêtres minuscules, 2eme lit inconfortable pour mon fils, 2eme étage sans ascenseur. Ce n’est pas une prestation 4* et pas une suite.
