Traumhafter Mount Fuji mit viel Bürokratie

+ wunderschöne Lage vor dem Fuji
+ tolle Restaurants
+ sehr interessantes Motormuseum mit sehr seltenen Modellen
+ Thema des Hotels konsequent durchgezogen (Untersetzer als Reifen, Autoleuchten als Lampen, Pitlane zur Toilette etc.)
++ besonders toll waren Miky an der Rezeption und Yuina Suzuki im Restaurant

Cons:

- es war leider völlig unmöglich, mit einem europäischen Führerschein drei Runden (mit ca. 30 kmh) hinter einem Pacecar auf der Strecke zu fahren, wie es dort am Tag dutzende tun; zunächst wurde mir erklärt, mein Führerschein wäre nicht gültig (extrem seltsam) – als ich fragte, ob dann jeder Führerschein aus Europa ungültig sei, fühlte sich die Rezeptionistin ertappt und ließ dann alles "genau überprüfen" – am Abend lag dann ein Kuvert in meiner Tür, in der mir sehr sperrig erklärt wurde, es würde gegen die Brüsseler Konvention verstoßen, mich fahren zu lassen? Wie bitte?? Wie auch immer: sehr unverständlich und enorm seltsam, gehört dringend für Gäste aus Europa erleichtert.

One of the best hotels in Japan!!
Pros:

This is quite possibly the best hotel I've ever stayed in.
Starting from the amenities, the gym, onsen, and restaurants were all fantastic. Do yourself a favour, and book the motorsports experiences (additional costs apply). The room was big, extremely clean, and well stocked with essentials. The beds were very comfortable. You can tell that the staff take pride in the way they maintain the facility.

好棒喔
Pros:

這次的體驗實在是太好了，黃金週剛好有賽事，前一天剛好又碰到練習，近距離的引擎聲浪是在別地方體驗不到的，面賽道的房間很值得，下次要在沒賽事的時候來體驗下賽道

High price quiet luxury hotel which was all worth the price.
Pros:

The overall best hotel I have ever stayed at. Quiet luxury just next to Fuji Speedway. Excellent motor museum inside the hotel building. Staff is extraordinarily nice and helpful. Breakfast is great. Hot spring bath is fantastic.

Tout. Absolument tout ! Le service la vue du mont Fuji le personnel d’une bienveillance déconcertante le service haut de gamme avec des chefs cuisinier qui prépare le meilleur des mets. Absolument tout !

Beautiful hotel with excellent race track theming.
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel. The details are incredible. Our room was just amazing - large, comfortable, well decorated and comfortable. We visited the race track and attended a drifting event which was fun. Dinner in the bar was great. Wish we had longer to experience the spa.

Cons:

Our original booking was cancelled because of an error - we are not sure if this was the hotel's fault or Booking(dot)com's fault, but it was very disturbing to have our booking canceled a day before we were due to arrive. It was very hard to get assistance from anyone at Booking(dot)com, but luckily we managed to rebook.

Lovely hotel, so luxurious and special
Pros:

Wonderful hotel - it was large and comfortable. It was clean and had amazingly great staff - from check in to the service staff at the restaurant.

Cons:

Nothing at all. Though we were disappointed that Mt Fuji decided to hide behind the clouds for the entirety of our stay.
