Konumu güzel. Merkeze yakın. Arka sokağında büyük bir Avm vardı. Tesis yeni. Kendi kendine giriş güzel. Son ana kadar giriş kodlarını vermediler. Ütü saç kurutma kahve makinesi mutfak donanımlı. Buzdolabı çamaşır makinesi hersey yeni. Her şey resimler gibi.

Cons:

Tek olumsuz yani 13.00 gibi Sofya ya geldik. Araç park etmek istedim. Otopark hazır değil cevabı aldım. Bu üzdü. 14.00 giriş kodları geldi fakat ben o zaman Sofya nin öbür tarafına geçmiştim. Ufak tefek sorunlar, ayak havlusu yoktu, duş perdesinden etrafa şu sıçrıyor. Jaluzi perdeleri zor çalışıyor. Pancdrelerin yalıtımı daha iyi olabilir.

Şehir merkezine (alexander nevsky katedrali, vitosha bulvarı vs) bi tık uzak ama taxi ile 5 euro ile ulaşılabiliyor klima çalışmıyordu ya da belkide ben beceremedim çalıştırmayı ama tavsiye edilir güzel mekan.

I would book again
Pros:

Decent flat in a new development, locked underground parking.

Cons:

The bed was making noise as if was not assembled properly and kept waking me up. Rest is fine.

Для нас было важно иметь парковку, данные аппаратаменты предоставляют данную опцию. Паркинг был на подземной парковке.

Cons:

Нигде в отзывах не было информации, как проходит заселение. Было волнительно, т.к. не был понятен алгоритм заселения. После оплаты необходимо было прислать копии паспортов , а потом пришло сообщить с инструкцией. Ключ 🔑 от квартиры и пульт были в почтовом ящике.

Un peu usé des équipements, très basiques, bouche d’aération, mauvaise odeur et la hotte de la cuisine. On a eu besoin d’aide utiliser l’extension de la table à manger et on a trouvé à l’intérieur de la beaucoup saleté, qui n’ont pas été nettoyées depuis un moment, et on a été obligé de faire le nettoyage nous-mêmes
