Pros:

Nothing 😞

Cons:

No hot water.
No water pressure
The ceiling in the bathroom had a sewage leak from the bathroom above
Limited cooking facilities
Elevator broken
It was terrible
I don't recommend it at all
Other rooms were different
I almost changed
Instead...I left..and only stayed there a few days
