Very good for stay for a family in an excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location, friendly staff and reasonably clean room & facilities. Nearby coffee shops & restaurants available. They arranged breakfast to br delivered to the room.

Cons:

Water heater did not work properly during the stay. We have to go out even for drinking coffee or tea. Staff were generally helpful but the overall service level can be improved a lot.
