Important information:

The rate without breakfast does not include access to the thermal pools and the fitness area.
The Thermal Center is currently undergoing renovations and is therefore not accessible.
However, the two outdoor pools, the sauna, the yurt, the gardens, and the forest remain open during the works. Please note that a short walk outdoors is required to access the baths.
To ensure your comfort, our teams assign the best-located rooms.
Treatments and massages can be booked at the Espace Beauté, as well as physiotherapy services at the Medical Center.
Please note that if you book more than 5 units, different cancellation policies may apply. Please contact the property directly for further information.

Renovation work is also being carried out on some of the hotel façades. Scaffolding may be visible as part of our efforts to make the building more attractive and sustainable.
Work takes place during the daytime (no disturbance in the evenings, weekends, or holidays). During the renovation, the balconies of certain room categories will not be accessible.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Cons:

Helaas ging de spa pas om 9 uur open dus we konden er geen gebruik meer van maken. De prijs was daarom de overnachting niet helemaal waard. Ook de sfeer was wat bevreemdend

La chambre était neuve, bonne qualité

Cons:

Sur l'annonce, il était indiqué que c'était possible qu il y ai des échafaudages devant le balcon .... il y avait carrément des bâches en plastique devant toutes les fenêtres, je ne voyais pas dehors, car la peinture était en cours de réalisation. Pourtant on m'avait indiqué à la réception être surclassé...
Je suis donc ensuite allé à la réception pour dire que je préférais ne pas être surclassé et voir sur l extérieur ... ce que l on ne m a pas conseillé vu l'état des chambres non rénovées.
On m a ensuite proposé un déjeuner alors que j ai indiqué que je partais presque plus tôt que le déjeuner ... bref 142 chf pour dormir dans un bunker, sans vue sur l extérieur, c est vraiment exagéré...

Disappointing for the price, particularly with out any air conditioning and all the building work.
Pros:

The building work was a really issue, at first we were offered a room with all the curtains closed, this was because the balcony was inaccessible, there was scaffolding covering the outside of the building. To compound this the hotel didn’t have air conditioning at all!!

Cons:

The newly refurbish rooms were very well appointed, except the lack of air conditioning!
