Pros:

Excelente atención de todo el personal, de 10, en todo momento están atentos para que estés cómodo y disfrutes al máximo. Nos hicimos 2 masajes y fueron muy buenos, con excelente trato de las masajistas.
Entorno ideal para caminar, limpieza de la habitación 2 veces al día y trato espectacular.

Cons:

Habitación muy pequeña. Raciones de algunos platos del restaurante muy pequeñas por el precio, aunque todo lo que probamos estaba bueno.

Breath in the mountain air and feel rejuvinated in this hotel.
Pros:

This lovely hotel has a communal ski lodge vibe, being both high up the mountain and adorned with skiing parafinalia. It is great base from which to explore by car and walk into the countryside.
The staff were exceptionally helpful and informative.
Dinner was a la carte with some wonderful dishes, albeit a couple not to our taste. Wines was great value. Breakfast was also cooked to order with a large choice.
We did a (free) guided walk which was so enjoyable and informative.
A lovely indoor pool and (free) sauna as well.

Cons:

The room was a bit smaller than expected and the kettle was in a communal kitchen (sorry to be nit-pickey).
There is no lift in the hotel but the staff will always be of assistance.
