また泊まりたいです
Pros:

期待以上に美しい内装と外見、お料理も芸術作品のようで、ハーブの香りがする中庭や清潔なジムも楽しめました。港が見える部屋にアップグレード頂き、感謝です！ご丁寧な対応、とても心地よかったです

Cons:

今年一番暑いだろう日に訪ねてしまったこともありますが、徒歩で挑んだら坂道が厳しかったです涙これはレンタカーやタクシーが必要ですね。
周辺、手ぶらで散策するには最高でした！

懐かしいマリア園
Pros:

以前の建物を本当に大切に生かしてきれいなホテルに作り直されていて感動しました。長崎の観光は、特にこのような視点が欠けているように思います。

Cons:

IHGと言うアプリを進められて、滞在中に入れましたが、少し手こずっています。問い合わせた先の担当者が、日本人ではなく会話がスムーズにいかず、少し不安になりました。日本の観光がインバウンド中心になったからかしらとも思いましたが…。

Pros:

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The restaurant is excellent and the view from our room was spectacular. I would also recommend the hotel's signature cocktail.

Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable with a view to the harbor. Staff was very friendly and polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Very close to glover garden which is a great spot

Cons:

It’s a bit off the beaten track but it’s worth staying there. There’s a bus stop 3 minutes away by foot that takes you into town easily

Unique stay in Nagasaki
Pros:

One of the most unique hotels I’ve stayed at. Having the excellent breakfast in a cathedral was quite unique. Convenient location for Glover park and oura cathedral. Not too far from the bus stop either. You can walk up the hill to a park with views all over Nagasaki. Excellent hospitality.

A wonderfull place to stay in Nagasaki
Pros:

This is not an hotel for everyone. This is an hotel for those who know how to appreciate life. The building was restored and preserved beautifully, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The amenities are of the first class. The meals were made by a master chef.
The staff were very professional, very helpful and friendly, they were very concerned for our comfort. everything in the hotel was precise. Both the hotel chain and the hotel itself deserve all praise.

Cons:

Since everything was professional and targeting towards the excellent I had a lack of personal touch. Not by “doing” but by “saying”. For example explanations were given by the book and with less feelings. As we know - the strength of life is in the words
