N/A
The Arden is comfortable, well run and located perfectly for a tour of Stratford - and its Shakespeare heritage. The staff and management are friendly and willing to help with all requests. Oh - and free parking is a big plus.
Nothing
Great location, close to centre but not noisy.
Excellent staff.
Good standard hotel in its own individual style, would recommend.
Some fixtures a little tired, mainly in bathroom, but a minor niggle, this is a good quality hotel.
The location is perfect - truly at the heart of Stratford on Avon. Lovely terraces at the front of the hotel with views of the RSC theatre opposite. A delightful place to have a glass of wine or cup of toffee & relax. The breakfasts are first class and the team at the Arden friendly and so helpful. We’re returning for our third visit shortly. Highly recommended.
Great location and super friendly staff. Very reasonable
a little room for improvement around bar service and there could be more use made of garden area - eg loungers and parasols.
Everything, staff welcoming, breakfast & room quality
I had to leave to go home
Wonderful hotel. Loction excellent.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Given a upgrade which was fabulous.
Breakfast excellent.
Could'nt fault anything about the hotel.
Nice quiet area but close to shops etc. Lovely to have aircon in rooms as weather was hot!
Failure to tell us that an item was off the menu for breakfast until we tried to order it (kippers). Disappointed.
Central but out of the bustle of town. Lovely room and public areas. Good decor with nice food interesting touches
Wasn’t expecting the lovely knot garden. Lovely food. Nice touch with the welcoming apples, popcorn and pretzels on n room
All good
near the riverside. nice dinner in the restaurant. The room was comfortable for an overnight stay and met our needs.
Parking spaces seemed a bit small for a larger car. Bit of a maze to get out of the hotel and find the reception desk. The restaurant seemed expensive. and not a great choice of options.
Lovely hotel oposite the theatre and river with own car park. Good breakfast and comfortable room.
Room was too warm as it was a hit day..
How many words can I type? This place is super. The location, staff, food, ambience & oh, did I mention the location (if you like theatre).
Tiny things but the top corridor is like a sauna. The room window don’t open properly & you could do with a user guide for the plugs in the wondrously deep baths!
