Very close to westcliff station.
Rooms were small.I felt there was no good ventilation.
Very close to train station
Some of the motion active landing lights didn't work, so corridors were very dark at night.

The staff was brilliant as we had troubles getting into the room and they managed to sort it immediately for us

We had an oven and a microwave in the room but no plates and one shallow bowl 2 teaspoons and 3 forks no knives they need more utensils and crockery only 1-2 coat hangers which isn’t ideal but easily cope able could also do with larger towels
The price
There was a bit of mould around the shower tray sealant and around the edges of the soap dispenser in the shower. These are easy fixes to make a much better experience for the guest.

We waren met 2 personen en maar 1 stoel.
i booked to go to this place after a 6hr drive i went the front door after 14.00hrs to go in and the door was locked i knocked & rang the bell and nobody came to the door i did two more time and still nothing. so i made my mind up and drive the 6hrs back home. i rang the next morning to tell them and ask for a refund has i did not stay there and i am still waiting to get a answer and my money back. i have read some of the reviews i am glad did not stay there. so please read the review first.
Location fairly close to the Cliffs Pavilion where the musicians were performing.
We had two musicians booked in for Sunday 19th July 2026. One, a male, stayed with you but was very unhappy with the poor standards of the Divine Beach Hotel.
The second, a lady, was too frightened to stay as she said the hotel looked terribly shabby with undesirable people.
