Pros:

Appartamento al secondo piano con ascensore palazzina Corbezzolo molto funzionale con una bimba piccola e con una cagnolina. Arredi nuovi e una grandissima terrazza a L. La piscina ideale x godersi un po' di relax al rientro dal mare. Comodissima anche quella piccola per i bambini. Ambiente nel complesso super curato. Ampiamente soddisfatti come da nostra aspettativa. Posizione strategica x raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia, il centro e i vari servizi! Sicuramente prenderemo in considerazione di tornarci!

Mooi appartement
Pros:

Ruim appartement, mooi schoon , airco in iedere kamer op loopafstand van supermarkt en strand. Stadscentrum was iets verder, maar makkelijk bereikbaar met de auto en veel parkeer gelegenheid.

Cons:

Geen oven en nog het meest jammer geen koffiezet apparaat. Geen koffie smorgens 🫤

Il mio peggior soggiorno a San Vincenzo.
Pros:

Ottima Wifi...appartamento carino e ben arredato.

Cons:

Segnale TV assente per quasi tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno ( 12 giorni ).
Impianto idraulico pessimo...si è allagato il soggiorno dopo poche ore dal nostro arrivo.
Motori dei condizionatori sul balcone montati al contrario...con la ventola direzionata verso le porte finestre che buttava tutto il calore sul balcone rendendolo inutulizzabile a qualsiasi ora del giorno e neppure la sera, oltretutto rendeva impossibile anche tenere aperte le finestre se non per qualche minuto.
Mancanza di prese elettriche vicino al letto, ce n'era soltanto una per lato dove era attaccata l'abat-jour ed una era da sostituire... ed in generale poche prese elettriche in tutto l'appartamento...non capisco la presenza delle prese per i telefoni fissi 🤷‍♀️... in conclusione durante il mio soggiorno ho dovuto chiamare 4 volte la manutenzione ( due manutentori per più di 100 appartamenti ). Peccato perché la struttura avrebbe un potenziale enorme ma decisamente sfruttato molto ma molto male.

Che in appartamento mancava la lavatrice e non funzionava bene il piano cottura.

Struttura con buon rapporto qualita’ prezzo (se si hanno gli sconti di booking)
Pros:

Piscina, posizione, ampio terrazzo, climatizzazione

Cons:

Troppo esigua la dotazione della cucina. Aggiungere un bollitore e una macchina del caffe’ in cialde costerebbe molto poco in rapporto al prezzo pagato.

Très beau séjour
Pros:

Très bon situation géographique: plage à 10min à pied, centre ville à 15min et juste à côté un super marché. La piscine très propre avec un mètre nageur très professionnel.
Appartement très spacieux avec des belles chambres et magnifique terrasse

Cons:

Il manque des verres à vin, pas de four ni lave-vaisselle. La cabine de douche est en peu vétuste.

Udany pobyt wakacyjny.
Pros:

Duże przestronne pomieszczenia i taras. Czysto. Sprawna klimatyzacja. Jest podstawowe wyposażenie kuchenne, gdyby ktoś chciał samodzielnie gotować. Niedaleko duży sklep spożywczy. Odległość do ładnej plaży (spiaggia libera) kilkaset metrów.

Cons:

Brak czajnika elektrycznego i ekspresu do kawy.

Very big, modern, clean, apartment in close proximity to a shopping centre, beaches and town centre. Air conditioning in every room. Free adjacent parking.

Cons:

Noise from internal piping and from above apartment/s furnitures' moving. There's only microwave in the kitchen, no oven, toaster or kettle. Shower pressure is good but warm water lasts only for a few minutes. Basic pool, not shaded, there is no kiosk, food is not allowed (on the entire pool area, also outside the pool), in summary a bit disappointing.

At the Checkout, the receptionist wasn't nice or cooperative, that's a shame!

Velké čisté pokoje, koupelna a terasa, velká pohodlná postel, COOP a kavárna na snídani přes ulici, venkovní bazén vč. slunečníku a lehátek v ceně, je potřeba koupací čepice, pokud nemáte, je za 5 EUR ke koupení v recepci, za pračku se platí 4 EUR, mělké písečné moře, na pláži je lepší mít vlastní slunečník a lehátka, jinak jsou drahá,
