Great city viewd
Pros:

The staff were all so lovely
Our room on the 34th was beautiful with a huge balcony overlooking the city and sea view.
Breakfast was delicious, so much choice!
Pool was very relaxing

Cons:

The location wasn't really for holiday makers. More like for a business trip.
Pool bar was never manned and only served soft drinks.

Beautiful hotel, attentive staff.
Pros:

Staff were well informed, helpful, and made me feel
Welcome. Bathtub was wonderful.

Cons:

The phone didn’t work and late night room service was difficult. We had to go down to the restaurant, however, once we did the staff were wonderful to prepare a meal at 3:00am.

Not a comfortable stay :(
Pros:

Ultra modernised facilities - sometime felt too much.
Staff are helpful

Cons:

Room is not comfortable .Despite booking average size room (71m2), room felt small due to its awkward shape with large pillar in the middle of the room with some uncomfortable / baggy furnitures . Just one arm chair to sit .
Hotel does get busy due to its banquet hall.
Felt overcrowded at times.
Massive selection of breakfast with minimal Sri Lankan flavours

An Excellent Stay with a Few Areas to Refine
Pros:

The staff were exceptional friendly, efficient, helpful and always serving with a smile. I also really liked the hotel’s facilities, excellent location, cleanliness, comfortable rooms and variety of dining options.

Cons:

The noise, inappropriate dress and lack of civic sense among a significant number of guests affected the experience. While this may not be entirely within the hotel’s control, particularly during periods of large group or corporate bookings, it was disappointing compared with other hotels of a similar calibre. Perhaps clearer dress-code expectations and measures to maintain appropriate guest conduct during such bookings could help preserve the standards expected of a premium hotel.
