Pros:

The property is amazing. Very modern and beautiful. The staff are exceptional. The go out of their way to make you feel at home. Special thanks to Vimukthi, Shadiya, and Sneha at the front desk for making our stay so memorable.

كانت إقامتي في الفندق رائعة بكل المقاييس. كان الاستقبال راقيًا وسريعًا، وشعرت بالترحيب منذ لحظة الوصول. الخدمة كانت ممتازة وتُقدَّم باهتمام واحترافية، مع سرعة في تلبية جميع الطلبات.

الغرفة كانت نظيفة جدًا، مريحة، ومرتبة بعناية، مما وفر أجواءً هادئة وممتعة طوال فترة الإقامة. أما الموظفون فكانوا في غاية اللطف والاحترام، يتميزون بالابتسامة الدائمة وحسن التعامل والاستعداد للمساعدة في أي وقت.

Sehr höfliches und freundliches Personal mit hohen Standards

Cons:

Beim erneuten eintreten des Hotels muss man jedes Mal ein sicherheitscheck machen und es ist egal ob man piept oder nicht man kommt immer durch also macht das ganze keinen Sinn.

Great experience. Will go back to ITC for our next trip to Colombo
Pros:

The staff were amazing. Very helpful at all times. My wife had a medical emergency and they supported us all the way through and ensured that we could have dinner of our choice by preparing it ahead of time and holding the restaurant open for us late at night.
