Bad smell, probably from sewer system.

Desayunos espectaculares.
Amazing location
Nothing
We have loved all the Parador properties. Top notch staff, amenities, restaurants, decor- bedding is luxurious and bathrooms have everything you need. Amazing hot showers.
Its all good
Great location, beautiful rooms
Unfortunately the service was not what I would expect from a Paradore. We went to the bar to have drinks and a simple meal. After our initial service the staff were not there. A customer waited at the bar for a long time before shouting to kitchen staff who then found a waitress. She served him and left again. We got tired of waiting so left and went to a local restaurant. Maybe a small complaint but when I pay 500 euros a night I expect more. The service is not at the level it should be. It is letting the Paradore brand down.
Beautiful, iconic property in the middle of all the activity. Location is 10 plus.
Wonderful housekeeping and front desk staff.
Amazing breakfast.
Rooms are dated.
Historical hotel full of history. A must stay hotel when completing the Camino. Staff friendly. Spacious superior room with seating area and view over old cloister. Good sized bathroom equipped for 2 person use (double shower+basins). Very good breakfast (however service slow when ordering cooked food)
Booked the advertised "Superior DOUBLE room" (not a twin) and specifically requested a double bed, but received 2 singles pushed together. At the time of booking the hotel must know the rooms that will be available with single beds, and which with a double, and advertise them accordingly. Poor customer consideration.

..
Breakfast good but very busy
Disappointing outside terrace was closed for refurbished
Lunch in the restaurant was excellent both food and service
Location. All the Camino pilgrims poured into the square right in front of the hotel.
Ambience. Quality, genteel , quiet, walking into an ancient historical building, which has been refurbished for modern luxurious convenience.
All was good. Very good.
