Lifetime experience Hotel, worth every €
Pros:

Cons:

Ha sido todo estupendo.

Great place but could do with more staff or better service.
Pros:

Great location, beautiful rooms

Cons:

Unfortunately the service was not what I would expect from a Paradore. We went to the bar to have drinks and a simple meal. After our initial service the staff were not there. A customer waited at the bar for a long time before shouting to kitchen staff who then found a waitress. She served him and left again. We got tired of waiting so left and went to a local restaurant. Maybe a small complaint but when I pay 500 euros a night I expect more. The service is not at the level it should be. It is letting the Paradore brand down.

Superior single bed for 2
Pros:

Historical hotel full of history. A must stay hotel when completing the Camino. Staff friendly. Spacious superior room with seating area and view over old cloister. Good sized bathroom equipped for 2 person use (double shower+basins). Very good breakfast (however service slow when ordering cooked food)

Cons:

Booked the advertised "Superior DOUBLE room" (not a twin) and specifically requested a double bed, but received 2 singles pushed together. At the time of booking the hotel must know the rooms that will be available with single beds, and which with a double, and advertise them accordingly. Poor customer consideration.

This hotel was a beautiful introduction to the history of Santiago, staying in the what was a former Hospital for pilgri
Pros:

Location. All the Camino pilgrims poured into the square right in front of the hotel.
Ambience. Quality, genteel , quiet, walking into an ancient historical building, which has been refurbished for modern luxurious convenience.

Cons:

All was good. Very good.

Schönes Hotel in der besten Lage; enttäuschender Frühstücks"service"
Pros:
