Pros:

We stayed at the Sabina hotel for one night while intransit, and the family were super gracious with clear communication before and during our stay. They accommodated our odd check in and check out times. We thoroughly enjoyed our short time in Istanbul. The location is brilliant.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was great, the rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly.
A special thanks to Mr. Omer, who was incredibly kind, polite, and always willing to help. He made our stay even more enjoyable.

Strávili jsme v Istanbulu 4 dny, rano jsme se nasnidali v blízkém okolí a večer využívali restauraci na rohu ulice cca 5

Dobrá dostupnost do centra k památkám, restaurace a možnost snídaně v blízkém okolí. Milý personál, recepce s možností dotazu k dispozici. Nově vybavená koupelna.

Cons:

Varná konvice v pokoji neměla samostatnou zásuvku, bylo nutno použít zásuvku ledničky pro ohřev vidy a pak vždy přepnou zpět. V koupelně jsem postrádal věšák na ručník.

The room was exceptionally clean and neat. Exceeded my expectations. Omar was so friendly and helpful and showed us around after the check-in.
My partner got a toothache and he even helped us get a dentist appointment and personally accompanied us.
So helpful and recommended for everyone who visits for the first time.

The room was so spacious and excellent,Got all the necessary amenities.

A couple's first visit to Istanbul
Pros:

The location was great. Very central and walkable to the public transport. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Felt safe area. The room was good, on 3rd floor with an elevator. The host was very welcoming and helpful. They happily moved all my luggage to the room by themselves. Although they don't speak English very well but they're more than happy to help and guide you any way possible.

Cons:

Nearest metro station is 10 minutes by walk and it's uphill so brace yourself for the challenge.
There's was an issue with Booking.com which didn't charge my provided card for the amount plus the card machine on the reception wasn't working so I had to pay in cash for the stay. Luckily I had some euros with me which I used to pay.
The double bed was on the smaller side of double category but comfortable.
