Schimmel in der Dusche!! Aufdringliche Hotelmanager, Wände zu dünn, kein Fenster und vieles mehr...
Pros:

Der Mitarbeiter in der Nachtschicht (Iskender) war sehr lieb, kundenorientiert und ein Herzensmensch. Man hat sich abends sehr gefreut sobald man ihn gesehen hat und er war stets hilfsbereit. Er war das einzige was das Hotel an Qualität zu bieten hatte. Ich bedanke mich herzlich bei ihm für alles

Cons:

- Economy Zimmer ist sehr klein und besitzt kein Fenster
- Möbel scheinen sehr alt zu sein
- Das Bad und die Toilette haben gestunken
- Schimmel in der Dusche!!
- Wände haben sich extrem dünn angefühlt, man hat sogar die Gäste im unteren Stockwerk beim Schnarchen gehört
- man konnte nicht ausschlafen und ich musste morgens Kopfhörer tragen damit ich nicht vom Lärm geweckt werde und weiterschlafen kann
- tägliche Zimmerreinigung war nicht organisiert, man musste es stets bei der Rezeption beantragen, das gleiche gilt für Handtücher
- Aufzug war immer wieder kaputt und man hatte Angst, dass man im Aufzug stecken bleibt
- die Türe des Zimmers hatte einen kleinen Spalt was einem von außen ermöglicht hat, direkten Blick auf das Bett zu haben und einem die Privatsphäre gestohlen hat.
- Beschwerden das andere Gäste nachts um 2 Uhr zu laut sind und man nicht schlafen konnte wurden nicht ernst genommen, eher hat der Hotelmanager sich lustig gemacht, und gesagt "nicht alle sind wie du alleine unterwegs, natürlich kann es dann nachts laut werden und man muss das akzeptieren"
- das Hotel hatte zwei Manager, die aufdringlich waren und einem überteuerte Touren andrehen wollten. Touren die 15$ kosten wurden versucht für 75$ anzudrehen. Es hat sich teilweise wie Manipulation angefühlt, da alles was man auf eigene Planung durchgeführt hat, schlecht geredet wurde. Als ich einem der Vorgesetzten sagte, dass ich nicht einsehe den 5-fachen Preis zu bezahlen, wurde ich ausgelacht und mir wurde gesagt das die extra 50$ "wenig Geld" ist, was aber nicht stimmt, da 50$ für einen Bürger in Türkei viel Geld ist. Am nächsten Tag war der Manager auf mich sauer, weil ich ihm sagte, dass seine Bemerkungen unhöflich und unangebracht sind.

Foarte placut!
Pros:

Gazde foarte amabile,in special domnul Omer,te ajuta imediat cu orice e nevoie.Camerele sunt mari,la fel si baia,rar in Istanbul.Locatia e grozava,aproape de obiective turistice ,Grand Bazaar ,tren si tramvai.

Since the second we set foot inside this hotel, we felt like we were at home. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish, especially the amazing staff. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and they always made sure we had everything we needed.
The hotel itself is beautiful and perfectly located. We definitely made the right choice by choosing to stay here.
Every little detail made our time in Istanbul even more special, and we genuinely didn’t want to leave.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who has the opportunity to stay here. I know I will definitely be coming back soon!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und waren rundum begeistert! Das Hotel ist sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Atmosphäre war einfach angenehm und man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt.

Unser Zimmer war gemütlich, sauber und komfortabel. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden dieses Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Un loc în care ne-am întoarce cu toată plăcerea. Am fost impresionați de amabilitatea personalului. Managerul și băieții de la recepție sunt foarte ospitalieri și ne-au ajutat cu tot ce am avut nevoie. Camera și hotelul erau foarte curate. Locația este foarte frumoasă, aproape de atracțiile turistice și foarte sigura. Ne-am plimbat chiar și noaptea și este foarte sigur.

Pros:

Отличное расположение! Выбирали номер с видом на море на последнем этаже, но над ним терраса с крышей - поэтому не было жары. Терраса доступна 24 часа в сутки, где можно проводить время и смотреть на море, это огромный плюс. Кондиционер можно оставлять включенным, уходя из номера, поэтому по возвращении номер встречает прохладой. В отеле есть лифт. Персонал вежливый и приветливый!

Cons:

Завтраков не предусмотрено даже за доплату, хотя заявлено, что они есть, и на них рассчитывали. Таким образом нет отличия между апартаментами и отелем, поэтому дешевле снять апартаменты. Работают не все розетки
