Beau séjour, malgré un service parfois débordé.
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer et une superbe terrasse. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la piscine ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel, aussi bien à l’accueil qu’au bord de la piscine. Par ailleurs la plage où l’on peut se promener et faire de longues balades.

Cons:

Le lundi férié, l’hôtel semblait clairement manquer de personnel face à l’affluence. Une immense file d’attente s’était formée au petit-déjeuner et il fallait patienter près de 30 minutes avant de pouvoir entrer. Le service était ensuite extrêmement long, les serveurs étaient visiblement débordés, stressés et pas très aimables et de nombreux clients semblaient mécontents. Pour un établissement cinq étoiles, l’organisation et la qualité du service n’étaient malheureusement pas à la hauteur.

Pros:

Resort type of Hotel. We came back for 2nd time, you dont have to go nowhere from the hotel. The staff and the food are perfect. I havent slept for a long time like in Mett.

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, rooms are very nice. The staff is excellent and very responsive, very helpful. The cleaning staff are excellent and are going beyond, it’s rare.

Cons:

We liked everything and have no complain at all.

اقامة ممتعه جدا وسيتم تكرار الاقامة فيه بإذن الله.

الفندق جديد والاستقبال ممتاز وكانت الموظفة ALMLDENA متعاونه جداً وعملت ترقيه لغرفة من الغرف المحجوزه لنا بكل اريحية وكانت ودوده جداً واحترافيه، والموظف OERGIO ايضاً مهذب ويسعى لراحة النزلاء بكل مرونه.
