Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Credit Card holder must present their ID at the property during check in time for the payment should reservation reserve under other guest name.
- Access to and use of the Level 3A facilities floor are exclusively available to long-stay guests who have booked directly through the hotel brand’s official website or sales representatives, as well as guests with wellness packages.

Other guests may access the facilities with an additional fee of RM25+ per person per day.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Great location and a pleasant stay
Pros:

The location right in front of the park was great, and we really enjoyed being able to go for a walk there every morning. The breakfast was quite good, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and overall, the hotel was clean and well maintained.

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t particularly like was that the room had a slightly unpleasant smell when we first entered. We easily solved it by buying an air freshener from the supermarket across the street. I would recommend that the hotel pay a little more attention to this, as it seems like something that could be easily fixed with a simple room freshener.

It is easily one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. When arriving, the staff decided they should charge city tax despite my warning that it was already charged. I was going to file a complaint but later that day they asked me to go back to the reception desk to be refunded. But the most impressive things was how long they take to make simple things like check-in and refund. Normally the clerks take as long as 3 minutes to do that. The guy in the reception desk took 30 minutes to finish my check-in! And the most absurd thing was that I arrived early and I was paying an additional charge for early check-in and the clerk was taking longer. If I'm paying for early check-in, it is because I want to go to my room as soon as possible. And I thought it was the problem with one staff member. But later that day when returning for the refund of the city tax that was improperly charged, it took another 20 minutes to correct their mistake. What is the problem with the hotel staff?

Great place to stay! And value for money!

Great amenities and facilities!
Allowed early check in for us.
The gym was nice (limited equipments tho).
Parking was aplenty.
Lots of convenience store around and the lake was just amazing.

Cons:

Just the bathroom door.
It just wouldnt shut close (a little bit of gap) so people in the room can see the inside.

Pros:

I really enjoyed the vibe of the hotel room. I also enjoyed the cleanliness, the service, the comfort, and the location.

Cons:

I booked the room with double bed for me and my sister. And I didn't like the fact that the toilets did not have any lock. It made it difficult for us.

Pros:

We really enjoyed the location as it was near a park and my husband being a football player, he loved the stadium view,

We did not like the small light which stays on in the bathroom.

The breakfast was ok but it could have more options for Europeans.
