Classy, cozy & convenient
Pros:

Breakfast was great and the staff were all super friendly. The location can't be beat. Just steps from the train station in downtown Zermatt. No need to request help with luggage (it's that close). The rooms and the hotel itself are beautifully designed and decorated. There's a warm cozy mountain feel that hits you the second you walk through the door.

Cons:

I don't have any negative feedback.

gute betten und dann gut geschlafen zum frühstück, und als wir vom berg runtergekommen in den pool

In das innendesign wurde zwar viel geld gesteckt, aber man hätte irgendwo auf der welt sein können.
Wir sind (deutsch)-Schweizer aber das Personal konnte nur englisch
Hotel ist auf den floors mit teppichen ausgestattet, aber da sieht man gleich, dass die schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt wurden

Emplacement très pratique à 2 pas de la gare.
Notre chambre donnait sur la terrasse avec une jolie vue sur le Cervin.
Café, eau et fruits offerts.
Excellent petit déjeuner.
Beaux spa et piscine, dommage cependant qu’ils se trouvent au sous-sol.

Cons:

Restaurant-bar un peu sombre.
Terrasse qui ferme relativement tôt.
Restaurants japonais et péruvien fermés en été.

Excellent stay in a beautiful hotel. We would highly recommend it.

Beautiful Matterhorn view from our junior suite
Excellent breakfast
Luxury room with nice amenities
Spacious balcony with robe and slippers to enjoy the morning

Cons:

Air conditioning isn't standard in Zermatt, but we would love to have had a small fan.

One of the best hotels in zermatt
Pros:

Very good location, 2 min walk to the train station. The room is nice and clean and the staff is nice and friendly. The view from the balcony is very nice. The included breakfast is very very good.
