Pros:

Very good location, 2 min walk to the train station. The room is nice and clean and the staff is nice and friendly. The view from the balcony is very nice. The included breakfast is very very good.

Magnifique aperçu de Zermatt
Pros:

J’étais avec ma famille de Montréal. C’était la première fois qu’elles venaient à Zermatt et certainement, l’hôtel a été en grande partie responsable de leur excellent séjour. Très belle chambre (621) spacieuse avec un balcon. Personnel aimable, excellente literie, assez de miroirs pour 3 personnes, excellent petit-déjeuner, coffre-fort, snacks, toilettes séparées, tout y était pour une seule nuit malheureusement.

Cons:

Attente pour l’ascenseur qui était pris par le personnel d’entretien. Devrait y avoir un monte-charge.

Cons:

Booking.comの予約確認書では、このジュニアスイートマンハッタンビューの部屋はキングベッド一台またはシングルベッド2台に変更可となっていたが、できないと言われた。散々揉めた結果、マンハッタンびゅではない通りに面した若干騒がしいスイートに変更せざるを得なかった。非常に不愉快。マンハッタンビューの方が高額のはずですが、価格の変更はないようです。

Great hotel. Highly recommend
Pros:

Great location near the train station. Exceptionally helpful staff. Great breakfast. Large clean room with a good layout and with plenty of room for suitcases. Large bathroom. Nice deck. Great terrace for lunch. Really loved this place and would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Not the hotel’s fault, but the room was pretty warm overnight even with windows and doors open. Construction noise outside started pretty early in the morning. None of that was the hotel’s fault.

Fabulous Hotel Super Close to Zermatt Train Stn!
Pros:

So close to the train station and all the shops and restaurants. Since it was raining when I arrived, its close location was terrific. My room was beautiful and well appointed with high quality everything. Fantastic breakfast!! Wonderful staff - highly recommend. And so easy to reach the Gornergrat Rail Station which takes you up the mountain for great views of the Matterhorn. Highly recommend this too!
