Fijn gerenoveerd hotel in centrum van Zermatt. Lekker zwembad, goed ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel.

Wonderful, dog-friendly hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel, nice breakfast, very good location. We brought our dog, and they treated her like a queen, bringing her a bed, treats, and water bowls. They have a nice pet exercise area, as well.

Cons:

Zermatt is very dense, and there was ongoing construction next door, which meant noise between 09:00 and 18:00 every day. Not terrible, since we were mostly out all day, but Zermatt is very tightly populated.

マッターホルンなど、景色は望めません。また、ケトルがなかったのは残念でした。

Pros:

The staff was phenomenal - very helpful, kind, and welcoming. Includes breakfast was very good and had lots of variety. As well as their dinner menu, not included, but well worth the price. My room was perfect - cozy, yet luxurious. And not to mention the location of the hotel, which was also perfect. Just a one minute walk from the train station, close to shopping and restaurants, and in the mornings you have mountain goats walking right outside along the main street. Overall, truly such an amazing hotel.

Cons:

That I didn’t get to stay longer!

In das innendesign wurde zwar viel geld gesteckt, aber man hätte irgendwo auf der welt sein können.
Wir sind (deutsch)-Schweizer aber das Personal konnte nur englisch
Hotel ist auf den floors mit teppichen ausgestattet, aber da sieht man gleich, dass die schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt wurden

Classy, cozy & convenient
Pros:

Breakfast was great and the staff were all super friendly. The location can't be beat. Just steps from the train station in downtown Zermatt. No need to request help with luggage (it's that close). The rooms and the hotel itself are beautifully designed and decorated. There's a warm cozy mountain feel that hits you the second you walk through the door.

Cons:

I don't have any negative feedback.

Emplacement très pratique à 2 pas de la gare.
Notre chambre donnait sur la terrasse avec une jolie vue sur le Cervin.
Café, eau et fruits offerts.
Excellent petit déjeuner.
Beaux spa et piscine, dommage cependant qu’ils se trouvent au sous-sol.

Cons:

Restaurant-bar un peu sombre.
Terrasse qui ferme relativement tôt.
Restaurants japonais et péruvien fermés en été.

Excellent stay in a beautiful hotel. We would highly recommend it.
