1-النظافة سيئة جدا جدا والغرف متاهلكه
2-يفتقر لاقل الخدمات فنادق 3 نجوم حتى لايستاهل تصنيف
3- لايوجود فاليه
4- لايسمحون لك بدخول البحر الخاص في الفندق
5- لايوجود لاكافي بار ولا اي خدمة داخل الغرف لايستحق المبلغ المدفوع بسبب لا يوجود خدمات الغرف 5 نجوم

حوض السباحه قديم ومغطى شاطئ سوليمار لم يكن مجاني لنزلاء الفندق ولم يكن استقبالهم مرحب للعلم انا مسافر منفرد وللعلم انا نزيل دائم في الفندق ولكن من الان لن انزل في فندقكم الفاشل الذي يحتاج تطوير فوق كل هذا

Nice property, but the beach access policy for solo male guests was very disappointing.
Cons:

I was disappointed that beach access was restricted for solo male guests. Even though I paid for my hotel room like any other guest, I was not allowed access unless I was accompanied by a lady or staying as a couple. This policy felt unfair and was not made clear before booking.

location near the beach

Cons:

Room service were not supportive when we asked for eggs at the afternoon .. no classes at the room and no enough towels.. no valet parking and the parking is full and no access to the hotel only from 3rd floor
