The staff was very nice and helpful. The services were exceptional. The price was included breakfast and late night suppers. They give us unlimited water and the maid cleans the room in detail everyday. The location is in the middle of the Bund and Nanjing shopping area. So its super convenient.

The staff gave us help even before we arrive and tried best to facilitate us in what we need, call the cap, show directions and etc.

We really appreciate the team and will recommend all travelers to stay here.

You get comfortable mattress and two pillows so you chose which one you prefer more. Linen and towels are thick heavy good quality cotton. Rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast had options of a huge lunch, there is a huge buffet to chose from, both chinese and continental options, there is even a complimentary dinner. Location is the perfect 10, right in the center of everything. Staff is amazingly helpful.

Location is only a 3 minutes walk to the Bund with lots of restaurants nearby. The room is very clean and neat. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. I would especially like to comment on house keeping staff Yin Tao. Everyday she make up the room very neat and arrange everything to the check-in condition. Kudos to her!

Our stay at Atour on Nanjing East was nothing short of amazing. The hotel smells divine when you walk in. I immediately noticed the modern decor. The front desk checked us in and gave us a voucher for drinks at the bar and recommendations on where to eat. They used a translator app which we found so helpful. I noticed many rude guests trying to check in but the staff stayed so kind and professional.

The bund is barely a 10 min walk from the hotel! It can be a little hard to walk from the subway to the hotel with luggage due to the uneven streets. If you have a lot of luggage, get a car transport.

We booked 2 rooms for our family of 6. We have small children and requested our rooms to be next to each other but the hotel was packed. They did manage to keep us all on the same floor. The first floor is highly recommended! Next to the laundry and no waiting for elevators! The rooms are very modern and bathroom was clean. Water pressure was perfect. Air conditioning all working.

The breakfast was much more like a Chinese buffet than a "regular breakfast". Skip the western breakfast! The best choices were the Chinese dishes! The noodle bar was so delicious. The same lady serving at the noodle bar each morning was so friendly and always smiling. They even have late night snacks, serving congee and steamed buns. If you had a long day and do not want to look for food, this can be life saving just to get something warm in your stomach.

The cleaning staff for our rooms would give my children an extra can of coke when they asked. We had the free mini bar and had more than enough bottled water and towels. We asked for an extra comforter because the kids get cold and it was brought to our rooms quickly.

The free laundry is so nice. There is staff helping with laundry so it is constantly going. They will move your laundry to the dryer if you are not watching your clothes to keep the steady pace of laundry demands which we appreciated.

Very comfortable bed, quiet room to the back, very close to the Bund skyline view, good breakfast choice

El desayuno es muy bueno con opciones Occidentales y China.
