Pros:

La chambre propre, le service de la chambre, un personnel accueillant et un très bon petit déjeuner. Super le service de machine à laver et sèche linge.
L'emplacement est super : près du Bund, près du jardin Yu, du centre ville.

A good overall stay in a great City
Pros:

Very good location. Great powerful shower

Cons:

Weird tasting bacon if you call it bacon for the Western breakfast in the mornings. So I found myself eating Chinese noodle soup for breakfast. I didn't mind, just making westerners aware.

Nothing to do with the hotel but we got ripped off from the tax coming in from the airport

so make sure you're onto them

A good one night stay near The Bund.
Pros:

The location of the hotel near the Bund. The food for the breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

The walk to and from the nearest subway was not easy with our luggages. The room was a bit small for our family of 3.

Tout !!!! L'emplacement de l'hôtel proche du Bund, les services, le petit déjeuner au top et varié, personnel souriant et à l'écoute même s'il y a la barrière de la langue !!!! Chambre confortable et spacieuse.

Pros:

Отличный отель, вбивайте адрес в Амар на китайском и вы быстро его найдете. Персонал душки. Уборка номера каждый день. Завтрак в азиатском стиле, но всегда можно найти и еду и привычного характера. Яйца 3 видов, зеленушка, фрукты(арбуз дыня яблоки бананы) круассаны, мафины, чай кофе, кожа рыбы в соусе, мясо в азиатском стиле, овощи на пару , дамплинги, пельмешки по форме как манты, суп лапша, рис, лапша-это то что вспомнила, было еще что-то. В номере чай кофе газировки. Вечером с 21:30 до 23:30 можно бесплатно перекусить, там пельмешки были, были один раз на таком мероприятии, может что-то еще перепадает)
В отель заказывала вещи с китайских сайтов, все сохранили и передали. Расположение супер до всего рукой подать, до метро пишет 15 минут, но мы так лихо доходили, что показалось оно прям у входа) ( станция ист наньжинг роад которая)

Uniquement pour la chambre et son emplacement
Pros:

la chambre était très bien et propre. l'emplacement est très bien aussi.

Cons:

le petit déjeuner est vraiment pas terrible d'une part en raison de la qualité de la nourriture et d'autre part en raison du bruit de la salle, le monde etc.
Notre arrivée a été détestable avec un staff peu accueillant et qui en plus s'est disputé devant nous. Heureusement le départ a été meilleur mais vraiment un accueil à revoir qui donne clairement une mauvaise image de l'établissement.

Very cosy, worth the penny in all ways
Pros:

All aspects, in particular the personnel who go beyond being professional and were passionate in their roles. Front desk was very helpful. The chef at the breakfast station was so chirpy, joyful in feeding her guests

Great location
Pros:

Quiet, helpful staff. They used a translator app to communicate with us. Allowed us to check in early. This was really appreciated after a long flight.
Clean and big room. Comfy bed.
Excellent breakfast choices.
Great location, not far from the Bull on the bund.
Nice shower, just to note we had to leave the tap running for a bit to get hot water.
I would use Atour Hotels in the future.
