Einen kleinen Kühlschrank für diesen Preis wäre aus meiner Sicht wünschenswert! Gerade in den Sommertagen, um das Wasser zu kühlen oder so..

Hotel ohne persönlichen Empfang war für uns ein wenig seltsam, unpersönlich, gewöhnungsbedürftig

Great stay
Pros:

Very well located in the middle of Ascona only about 50 meters from the piazza. Self-check in worked perfectly fine. Rooms are well equipped and especially the AC makes it very comfortable during summer. Breakfast is super nice with a great selection.

Grande chambre propre, petit déjeuner avec fruits frais, accès en autonomie plutôt simple

Cons:

Y a pas de personnel dans l'hôtel en dehors des horaires de petit déjeuner et ils répondent pas quand on leur envoie des messages.
La machine self vend des choses qui ne sont pas dispos donc tu peux payer pour rien.

Pros:

Sehr schönes modernes Hotel.
Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und haben einen tollen Balkon mit Seeblick. Auch die öffentliche Terrasse ist traumhaft und man kann gratis Kaffee beziehen.

Cons:

Der Code für das Zimmer funktionierte nicht und die 2. Variante via Natel funktionierte zum Teil erst beim zweiten Versuch.

Alles in allem eine Top Unterkunft!
Pros:

Die Lage ist top und das Frühstücksbuffet mit Liebe hergerichtet. Auch das Zimmer hat die Erwartungen erfüllt. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir werden das Hotel bestimmt wieder buchen. Danke

Cons:

Das Schlüsselsystem ist mühsam. Am 2. Tag konnte ich mit dem Handy die Zimmertür nicht mehr öffnen und ich musste den Link an meinen Partner weiterschicken. Was ist, wenn das mal bei der Ankunft spät abends mit der Hoteleingangstür nicht klappt?

Cons:

Booking-Chat wurde vom Personal nicht bedient, ich musste mich für das Ticino-Ticket persönlich bemühen, Gepäck kann nicht geschlossen deponiert werden, sondern allgemein im Aufenthaltsraum.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel an zentraler Lage, was den Aufenthalt in Ascona. Sehr angenehm gemacht hat
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war hübsch eingerichtet und sehr zentral gelegen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig. Der Zutritt via Natel hat tipptopp funktioniert

Cons:

Das Zimmer war von der Grösse eher knapp bemessen. Es gab kaum Platz die zwei Taschen irgendwohin zu stellen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Hotels. Es war leider in den Nächten etwas laut in der Gasse unterhalb des Zimmers. Trotz der Nachteile ist das Hotel zu empfehlen
