I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
Pros:

Everything was average. There wasn't anything in particular that I really liked

Cons:

When I made the booking, breakfast was included in the price. However, when we checked out, we were charged for breakfast again. We were told that Booking.com had made the reservation without breakfast included. I do not know whether this was a mistake by Booking.com or by the hotel, but unfortunately we ended up paying for breakfast twice.

Another issue was the restaurant. When we wanted to have lunch, we were told that the restaurant was not operating because of a gas problem. There were no cafés or restaurants nearby, which made it very difficult to find somewhere to eat.

One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because it had a restaurant on-site, so that we could easily go downstairs and have a meal. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not working, and this information was not mentioned on the Booking.com website. As a result, this was a very unpleasant and disappointing surprise.

SAFE AND SATISFACTORY STAY
Pros:

I appreciate the hospitality shown by the staff of the hotel.
the room (503) was quite spacious, clean and with good view.
the supply of linen, toiletries etc were quite sufficient.
the location ion was quite ok.
the restaurant in the sixth floor was spacious and clean
however, the food items were limited.
they were unable to cater for lunch and dinner.
the housekeeping and other services were satisfactory.
overall, the stay was satisfactory and safe.

Cons:

non-functional room telephone.
this results in difficulty in availing any service especially for senior citizen like us.
this has to looked into as it involves safety of the guests particularly in case of emergencies.

Enjoyable stay with friendly staff; only the Wi-Fi was disappointing.
