Jó, a célnak megfelelő!
Pros:

Jó elhelyezkedés! Finom ennivaló! Sok lehetőség a kikapcsolódásra!

Cons:

A konnektor kijárt a falból, az egyik csempe törött volt a szobában, a tusoló fülke higiéniája nem a legjobb volt,valamint a kanapé műbőr része váladozott.

Worst booking ever
Pros:

It’s hard to say something that i liked considering that for me it was what I consider to be the worst booking of my life so far, but i can say that the daily cleaning was fine(tipped in advance considering my first impression of the hotel) and it had a lot of pools and slides(if you somehow can get over the extreme over-crowdness, loud unsolicited shows and questionable music choices)

Cons:

This one is far easier:

- very low quality food, especially at breakfast, with an overcrowded restaurant.
- i would say bad coffee, but that would raise the assumption that what i tried to drink was indeed coffee and not some powder from a rural 3rd country train station
- from 10 am to 11 pm, with some breaks they have some kind of entertainment at the pool, with loud speakers that many guests seem to attend, and that is fine, i understand people enjoy vacations differently, but considering i traveled with my kid, knowing this would’ve made me to pick a different hotel just for that. It’s not specified anywhere and you find out when arriving, and that is my biggest problem with this hotel.
- a good part of the stuff is unfriendly and not capable of speaking english.
- parking is not available near the hotel, or it may be, i wouldn t know sincer the security told me to park 1 km from the hotel in what i’m fairly sure it s their side deal.

Se merită o vacanță la acest hotel . Recomand !
Pros:

Foarte frumos totul , camerele curate , lenjerii schimbate zilnic , personal prietenos , mâncare și băutură la discreție !

Cons:

Mi a plăcut totul ! Poate puțin cam scump dar a fost ok .

Curățenie în fiecare zi in camera, locația frumoasa, activitati ptr cei mici dar și ptr cei mari, tobogane supravegheate de salvamari, mâncare diversificata, aproape și de mare, nisipul ok, intrarea în mare lina,faleza frumoasa, ai de unde cumpăra suveniruri sau orice dorești, terase, parc de distracții, supermarketuri in apropiere

Cam zgârciți la prosoapele din camera, trebuie să aveți grijă să le lăsați pe jos dacă vreți să vi le schimbe, personalul de la gustări de lângă locul de joaca cam lasă de dorit( erau 2 doamne mai în vârstă care serveau gustările intre orele 15 și 17) foarte urat servesc turiștii...le aruncă 2 cartofi uscați in scârbă in farfurii, se uită urat și comentează între ele, cel mai sigur despre turistul care vine să zică ce dorește, dar...mna daca vb in bulgărească nu am înțeles ce au zis...
Ar mai fi și doamna de la prosoapele ptr plaja ...Intr o zi era, in alta nu era...cu toate că avea program zilnic și trebuia să dea prosoape până la ora 11...nu o găseai tot timpul...

Pros:

Everything was perfect, from staff taking care of meals, bartenders to the animation team that was one of the best we have ever experienced. Really fantastic and it is sad we are at home already :(. Food was also tasty and different every day. We stayed for 5 nights and if possible, we would stay longer. Thanks to all who work at this hotel and do all their best to satisfy the guests!

Ein absolut enttäuschender Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist weit entfernt von 4 Sternen.
Pros:

Die Rutschen, das Schwimmbad und das Spielzimmer haben uns gut gefallen.
Es gab eine gute Auswahl an frischem Gemüse und Obst. Auch das Fleisch war geschmacklich gut zubereitet.

Cons:

Ruhe? Fehlanzeige (Dauerbeschallung): Von 10 bis 23 Uhr abends (mit Pausen) dröhnt am Pool extrem laute Musik. Selbst bei geschlossener Balkontür des Zimmers im 6. Stock gab es kein Entkommen. Für Familien mit Kindern, die abends schlafen wollen, eine absolute Zumutung.

Anlage völlig veraltet: Die Hotelbilder online haben nichts mit der Realität zu tun – gefühlt wurden diese vor 30 Jahren mit Weitwinkel geschossen. Überall herrscht Renovierungsbedarf, die Flure sind dreckig und abgenutzt.
Zustand des Bades: katastrophal! Es roch unangenehm aus dem Abfluss und die Wanne war undicht.

Gemeinschaftsbereiche:
- Schon vor 8 Uhr morgens sind fast alle Liegen mit Handtüchern reserviert, obwohl der Pool erst um 9 Uhr öffnet.
- Das Restaurant ist eng mit Tischen vollgestopft (anders als auf den Fotos dargestellt). Durch die Überbelegung und das Verhalten mancher Gäste (Essen mit der Hand aus dem Buffet nehmen und Vordrängeln) vergeht einem der Appetit. Das Servicepersonal tut zwar sein Bestes, hat gegen diese Gästemassen auf engstem Raum aber keine Chance, Hygiene und Ordnung aufrechtzuerhalten.

I will definitely won’t come back

It was close to the beach that’s the only thing that was good.

I ordered 4 rooms!
A Day before we arrived they called me and told me that the rooms doesn’t fit to such a big family and they transferred us to the other hotel”prestige grand”
It was very old and not clean, very
crowded and loud. The air conditioning didn’t work and they did nothing about it. They had time to take towels one hour in the morning and to bring the towels back one hour in the afternoon. If you get up late and go to the pool they make you feel bad about taking the towels. Instead of having someone in the pool all day for towels like every logic hotel.
It was so disappointing, it didn’t look like in the pictures at all!
