Great stay
Pros:

Abdullah at the reception was very helpful. Everything was great. Got my cab arranged for early morning pickup, which was very convenient.

Pros:

Все было просто замечательно, номер был чистый, регулярно проводилась уборка. Весь персонал был очень френдли, можно было решить любой вопрос. Сам отель достаточно просто найти, в номере было все, очень удобный кондиционер особенно порадовал, соседей было не слышно, хороший вид из окна, никто не беспокоил по мелочам

Pros:

Самое первое, что бросается в глаза — удачное расположение. Отель находится буквально в нескольких минутах от площади Таксим, поэтому до метро, остановок транспорта, магазинов и кафе добираться максимально удобно. Для прогулок по Стамбулу это прям идеальная точка старта.

Номера чистые и аккуратные, всё выглядит современно и ухоженно. Постель удобная, уборка регулярная, в номере есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Особенно приятно, что персонал внимательно следит за деталями — чувствуется, что отель старается поддерживать хороший уровень сервиса.

Сотрудники на ресепшене вежливые и отзывчивые, всегда готовы подсказать маршрут или помочь с любыми вопросами. Заселение прошло быстро, без лишних формальностей.

Отдельно можно отметить атмосферу — спокойную и уютную, несмотря на то, что район довольно оживлённый. Вечером можно спокойно отдохнуть после насыщенного дня в городе.

В целом, это хороший вариант для тех, кто хочет жить в центре Стамбула и при этом не переплачивать за комфорт. Если вернусь в район Таксим, с большой вероятностью снова рассмотрю этот отель.

Great location and staff, bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise.
Pros:

The location was great, you are just around the corner from Taksim Square but not too close to be in the busy area. The staff in the hotel was very nice and always there to answer questions and help. The room was nicely furnished and clean.

Cons:

The rooms are small and as the bed was directly next to the door and my room was the first one in front of the elevator, I had to sleep with earplugs as I could hear the noise from the staircase/elevator and people chatting when they came home (even from other floors). There is also no side table to the bed as the room is quite small, you can use the bed frame but beware of things dropping.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right next to the İstiklâl Caddesi, very convenient. The staff were all friendly. Resul was especially amazing, he greeted us warmly every morning and always made us feel welcome. The night-shift guy was also very helpful and recommended two fantastic restaurants that we really enjoyed.

The rooftop terrace is also good. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again the next time when we visit. Highly recommended!

Great stay, but the mattress was disappointing
Pros:

Almost everything else was excellent: the location is great, everything in the room is new, and it was very clean. Despite the small size of the room, everything is very well thought out.

Cons:

The mattress was disappointing: it was too soft and already seemed to have a defect. The mattress protector also felt cheap and plastic-like, which made sleeping on it quite uncomfortable.
