Great for budget travellers.
Pros:

Everything is fine. Hotel provides a travel desk for sight seeing both inside delhi and to nearby places, which was a added bonus as a tourist.They provide Toiletries as well. Staff is cooperative and owner is willing to adjust with check in and Check out times.

Cons:

Hotel does not have a sit in restaurant and depends on outside restaurants for Room service as well. That tends to take some time for food to deliver once ordered. Also location is in middle for Karolbagh market, which in general I found very dirty (like the rest of delhi). Hotel still uses in window AC. I hope they upgrade their AC units to split AC. No Complimentary Breakfasts here.

Pros:

Been staying often for more than 25 years with family. Now my children follow.
Safe, and neat for the past 25 years.
Both managers been running the hotel for more than 25 years. Comfortable stay always.

Room was very small, no ventilation, stinking smell from room, dirty chair in the room, price was very high. Overall won't recommend to stay there.
