A equipe de gerência totalmente despreparada e não profissional, uma confusão para o meu check in antecipado, descobri apenas na hora em que cheguei que a entrada não é permitida 24h como anunciado no site, o que havia solicitado e não me responderam previamente, me colocaram em um quarto de qualidade muito inferior ao anunciado, pelo menos fiquei apenas uma noite, não voltarei.

Não desejo que ninguém tenha a má sorte que tive em se hospedar num lugar que oferta uma estadia e lhe entrega outra.
Pros:

Infelizmente não gostei de nada , só me decepcionei como booking mantém uma pousada dessa em oferta para as pessoas.

Eles n tem nada a ofertar, tudo ofertado no booking deles é falso.

Cons:

Eles afirmaram que minha reserva não existia.

Depois me colocaram num quarto de cama beliche, sem banheiro, ( banheiro coletivo)sem ar condicionado com ventilador e muito apertado.
