The view and location save disappointing apartment.
Pros:

The view and location are exceptional.

Cons:

Poor fittings (both taps in bathroom loose) the beds were rock hard and the pillows awful. The decor and furniture outdated and the China Pots and cutlery old. Could do with a deep clean throughout the whole apartment.

Satisfactory but could have been better.

Cons:

Cleanliness was sub par, floors not swept or vacuumed behind doors, mattresses, mattress protectors and pillows very stained, oven not working and not addressed during our 7 night stay. Overall needs a good clean of walls, under & behind furniture and the rubbish bin was disgusting.

Lakefront apartments
Pros:

The location is exceptional, across from the lake and short stroll to town.

Cons:

We were there for 9 days, no coat hangers in the cupboards, had to ask multiple times to have some. Curtains were missing multiple hooks so just dragged and apartments in front have lights on 24/7 so bedroom was lit up like a Christmas tree.. Bathroom had a broken shower rail and soap dish/shelf was broken and not replaced, so nowhere to put toiletries. Upstairs toilet door wouldn't open properly as it would hit the toilet so you had to squeeze between the vanity and the side of the toilet to get inside and then manoeuvre to close the door.
It is a fabulous location, I just think they need to up their game and take some more care. It's peak season and the property is not in peak condition.

Run down facilaities. Kitchen bench needs redoing, light bulbs blown, holes in bathroom wall, power points not working. Just needed quite a bit of maintenance.

We would definitely stay again, whether in the access apartment or the others
Pros:

The disabled access apartment was great, and good parking out the front. Beautiful views. Was a little way away from the other apartments where the others we were travelling with

Cons:

We checked in at 3 but the apartment wasn't quite ready and had to wait 30 mins - is difficult when you have someone who requires wheelchair and disability bathroom services as we planned to be able to check in at 3. but it was no hassle! Oh and there was only 1 door key for each apartment, bit of a hassle as they're 2 bedrooms and therefore 2 couples who were going out seperatey.

I would never stay there again.
Pros:

The location was great and it was a short walk into town. They provided clean towels daily and the sheets were clean.

Cons:

The apartment was smelly and dirty. The white shower curtains in the bathroom had pink mould on the the bottom 30cm or so. Half of one of the shower curtains had no hooks and was hanging down. The dish cloth stunk and went immediately in the rubbish. The dish brush was filthy and full of brown stuff. There were no dishwasher tablets. The back bedroom was windowless. The carpets were full of stains.

- Two toilets, huge bathroom
- washing machine to do your washing, with two powders included

Cons:

- Two bedrooms are downstairs, would be nice if it was one level
- the dryer option on the washing machine takes a while to actually dry. And unfortunately it didn't dry our clothes
- would be nice if there was a airfreshner in the place, as there's a strong smell there that was low key giving us a headache
