Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Ayramin Exclusive Hotel. The hotel is modern, very clean, and well-maintained. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived until check-out.

The staff is extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Mustafa, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. He answered all our questions, recommended great places to visit in Istanbul, and made us feel very welcome.

Every request was handled quickly and efficiently, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is excellent, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations.

We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and colleagues. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul.

Did the trick for one night but would not stay longer.
Pros:

I would suggest they make clear in their website from which airport they have a shuttle as we assumed it was from IST and ended up with no shuttle from this airport. Their shuttle driver, Sadettin, was fabulous and helped us organize transport at a reasonable rate. He was outstanding. Check in staff was very indifferent and more focussed on internal conversation than guest service. Hotel was extremely clean and room was comfortable.

Cons:

Check in service, restaurant was very average and service there was also quite indifferent

A perfect place to stay. Has everything you need or want.
Pros:

Breakfast was OK. I think we just weren’t use to Turkish food since we are from the states. However they gave us a box lunch which was delicious. The location was perfect. Public transportation was right at our fingertips. The staff went over and above for us. We had a tour at night and the driver couldn’t pick us up. We had to meet him a few blocks away . Your staff took us there and also met us there to walk us back. So very accommodating.

Cons:

Nothing! Every thing was perfect.

Lovely hotel, great breakfast, good location.
Pros:

Location was great, albeit on top of a hill which was challenging. But plenty of shops, eateries, etc. and I would recommend. Breakfast was In restaurant at the top of the hotel with panoramic views over the city, cruise terminal etc. Astounding. Great variety buffet, drip coffee, loved it.

Pros:

Cozy rooms, clean, nice view both from the rooms and the 7th floor, full breakfast, hospitality, service

Cons:

The rooms towards Istiklal street are a bit noisy from the street crowd, other than that amazing stay thank you for the hospitality
