Nice, modern hotel close to the old town
Pros:

The room was quite large and the double bed was quite comfortable. Nice location, close to the old town. The lobby bar and the adjacent terrace were quite nice. Especially the terrace to relax and enjoy coffee in the summer.

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit average. The lunch in the restaurant was very good, but the waiting time was quite long and because I was in a bit of a rush I had to ask the waitress twice about when the food will arrive.

A well located good hotel
Pros:

Extremely nice helpful staff.

Great location in the heart of Zagreb.
Pros:

The breakfast is great and also served alla carte. Hotel location is strategic, but in quiet center. The restaurant of asian fusion inside the hotel is perfect for the dinner and has a right atmosphere.

Very unflexible staff in the bar/restaurant makes this a "nope, not coming again" for me.
Pros:

Nice rooms, nice looking bar (more on the bar in the what didn't you like section) and overall a nice hotel. The person who checked us in was very nice and thought along well.

Cons:

We were there for two nights, the first night, we wanted to get a drink in the bar, at 21.30. There were six of us (a family, so a few teenagers and two parents), and we were told A that we couldn't sit in the bar because there was no room (while we could clearly see that moving two seats would have made plenty space for us) and then at 22.10 that the bar was closing (when the advertised opening time was 23.00).

After that, we tried ordering room service, at 22.15. The order we made staid unconfirmed till I called at 22.45, when they told me yeah we see that you are making an order but that won't work. I asked them why they didn't call me back, they had no answer. I answered why it wouldn't work as the system had clearly stated room service was possible till 23.00: no good answer. In all, all my good experiences from checking in were destroyed in an evening.

The next morning, we went for breakfast, it was mostly fine. The day after, again: we can't sit you at one table because you're six people. Which was insane because there were like 8 people at breakfast in total, but they just didn't want to move some tables and hadn't thought about the fact that they'd rented out 3 rooms to a family of 6.

Nice property, comfortable rooms, staff could use some better welcoming skills.
Pros:

Great location, clean and comfortable property. Large rooms and bathrooms. Property is well maintain and well appointed.

Cons:

The staff aren’t the friendliest and seem more bothered if you arrive early. They will happily store your bags but they make it a point that check in is not until 3:00 pm and we felt as if we were being punished for stopping in earlier, even just to store our bags.
