Nothing. The overall experience was extremely disappointing.
Extremely poor hygiene and pathetic service. The room was stinking, pillows were filthy, and they provided torn, tattered towels. There were no toilet tissues provided. To make things worse, the water supply completely stopped in our 5th-floor bathroom in the morning. When we reported it, they took over half an hour and asked us to go down to a room on the 2nd floor just to use the bathroom. Total lack of basic maintenance and hospitality.

Comfortable room and great facilities.
We were denied our 1 day stay due to not being married, and they wouldn’t cancel our booking free of charge. After taking to customer service we were allowed to stay after all.. but the hotel was not happy about it, writing to us in an unfriendly manner.
