Reception and Check-in:

- Reception is open from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM.

- Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM at reception.

- For arrivals after 10:00 PM, self check-in is available via a QR code located at the entrance. You will need to pay the remaining balance of your reservation by credit card to obtain your access codes.

- A valid photo ID and a valid credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD only) will be required upon check-in.

- Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance via the "Special Requests" section or by contacting us directly.

Services and Accommodation:

- Breakfast: Served from 6:30 am to 10:00 am on weekdays and from 7:30 am to 10:30 am on weekends and public holidays (€15 per person per day).

- Check-out: Accommodations must be vacated by 11:00 am.

- Housekeeping: Our establishment is a residence, not a hotel. As part of our environmental commitments, housekeeping is not automatic. To obtain fresh towels, please contact reception.

SPA (60-minute access):
Standard access: Open from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Price: €12 per person, per 60-minute access.

Jacuzzi access only: Open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at a rate of €9 per person.

Private use for couples for 60 minutes:
Jacuzzi only at a rate of €29.

Jacuzzi, sauna, and hammam for €39 per week from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. €49 per evening from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on weekends.

Drinks are extra.

- A massage service is available by reservation (minimum 48 hours in advance) at a rate of €79 for a 60-minute session.

I love it!
Pros:

Amazing view from the balcony. Confortable appartman,nice breakfast, safe area, kind staff. Easy access. All good!

Für eine Nacht ist es ganz in Ordnung.
Pros:

Das Hotel verfügte über eine Tiefgarage, von der man mit dem Aufzug direkt ins Zimmer fahren konnte. Das Hotel war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist sehr dunkel, und die Beleuchtung ist sehr schwach. Auch wenn man das Licht einschaltet, bleibt es trotzdem dunkel. Wenn man etwas sucht oder ein Buch lesen möchte, braucht man zusätzliche Beleuchtung.

Direkt am der Trambahnhaltestelle, in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt.
Einige Inbisse in der Nähe, allerdings keine besonderen Lokale.
Sehr bequeme Betten schönes Badezimmer

Cons:

Zimmer war leider auf eine extrem laute Straße. Das Fenster konnte wegen des Dauerlärms nicht geöffnet werden....nachts schon gar nicht. Bei geschlossenem Fenster kaum Geräusche, aber wer will schon bei geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen, das war für uns sehr unangenehm

Τοποθεσία κοντά στο κέντρο με κοντινό σταθμό τραμ. Καθαριότητα. Εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Υπόγειο parking για διανυκτέρευση με 8€ επιπλέον αλλά αξίζει. Σωστός εξαερισμός. VFM διαμονή

Rapport qualité prix très mauvais, moquette du hall au 2 eme très sale, piles de la télécommande en panne, un des ascenseurs en panne, notre porte grande ouverte au retour du petit déjeuner sans femmes de chambre présente, manque des serviettes pour les mains, petit déjeuner très cher et moyen pains au chocolats et croissants bcp trop cuits

Pros:

Miniappartamento bene attrezzato, struttura con tutto il necessario, parcheggio privato sotterraneo che almeno per chi è in moto è fondamentale. Con il tram si arriva in centro con facilità

Cons:

Su due ascensori una è stata guasta tutto il tempo, una struttura così grande non può averne una sola funzionante
