Important information:

Reception and Check-in:

- Reception is open from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM.

- Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM at reception.

- For arrivals after 10:00 PM, self check-in is available via a QR code located at the entrance. You will need to pay the remaining balance of your reservation by credit card to obtain your access codes.

- A valid photo ID and a valid credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD only) will be required upon check-in.

- Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance via the "Special Requests" section or by contacting us directly.

Services and Accommodation:

- Breakfast: Served from 6:30 am to 10:00 am on weekdays and from 7:30 am to 10:30 am on weekends and public holidays (€15 per person per day).

- Check-out: Accommodations must be vacated by 11:00 am.

- Housekeeping: Our establishment is a residence, not a hotel. As part of our environmental commitments, housekeeping is not automatic. To obtain fresh towels, please contact reception.

- Tourist tax: Payable directly on site.

SPA (60-minute access):
Standard access: Open from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Price: €12 per person, per 60-minute access.

Jacuzzi access only: Open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at a rate of €9 per person.

Private use for couples for 60 minutes:
Jacuzzi only at a rate of €29.

Jacuzzi, sauna, and hammam for €39 per week from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. €49 per evening from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on weekends.

Drinks are extra.

- A massage service is available by reservation (minimum 48 hours in advance) at a rate of €79 for a 60-minute session.

Agréable établissement à Lyon
Pros:

Le personnel a été accueillant, disponible, et agréable. Le fait d'avoir une mini-cuisine dans la chambre était pratique, et pratique. La présence d'une salle de sport, ainsi que d'une terrasse au dernier étage est agréable. Egalement, la literie était plutôt bonne.

Cons:

L'insonorisation sonore de la chambre n'était pas optimale, et on entendait très distinctement les conversations faites par les voisins de chambre ou les personnes du couloir... L'aménagement de la terrasse est à revoir, car le matériel présent y est fortement abimé. Enfin, le fait de facturer un supplément pour pouvoir accéder à la chambre plus tôt, bien qu'elle soit prête, est dommage

Good value for a city hotel. Secure parking available. 30m walk from the center.
Pros:

Location is a bit away from the center, but only a 30 min walk to the busy city center. Underground secure parking was very reasonable price. Good reception staff, very helpful. Lots to do if you are prepared to walk to the center, although taxis and trams are available. Stunning cathedral on the hill and Roman ruins. Both worth a look. Had a small kitchenette and fridge, which was great for cooling the beers :-)

Cons:

The room air con didn't seem to work very well. To be fair, it was the middle of a heat wave with day temps over 42C. The lifts also seemed a bit intermittent. Could be a problem if you cant use stairs. Room decor needs a refresh.

Bonjour
Nous avons été dérangé en pleine nuit alors que nous dormions à minuit 30 .
Chambre 703.
Un groupe de personne sont venus taper à plusieurs reprises.
Nous avons eu très peur.
J ai entendu les personnes repartir dans le couloir.
Comment est ce possible ?
Sinon à part cet incident tout allait bien.
