Le petit déjeuner était sympa, mais toujours le même pendant 4 jours, j'aurai apprécié avoir plus de choix, l'emplacement de l'hôtel était très bien situé sur le vieux port.
Je n'ai jamais croisé personne dans l'hôtel c'est un peu dommage, malgré un contact avec une personne très sympa par whatsapp qui était très réactive, cela manque d'echange direct ;)

The rooms were very well appointed with wonderful views of the marina and town. The staff in the restaurant below the rooms were helpful, and accommodating when it came to breakfast requests and the quality of everything was very good. The old town is wonderful and the variety of restaurants and overall quality of food is excellent.
There is no proper reception or concierge service available. The restaurant manager and staff were exceptionally helpful with requests, but this did not make up for the lack of a full-time presence. Also, other than your room or the restaurant, there is nowhere to sit during the day and the hotel does not have any pool or outdoor relaxation area. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had very comfortable beds but we had a number of issues when we arrived which should have been dealt with in advance. The designer hand-basin in our room was almost impossible to use to wash your face. The breakfast offered in the restaurant is limited but this is made up for by the spectacular view from the outdoor dining area. There was no information provided in the room about the hotel facilities or how it operates and nothing about what local attractions to see.

Beautiful hotel and excellent position looking out into the harbour and short walk to the Old Town. Amazing view from our room window. Staff were lovely. Would have benefited from someone on reception to give advice about best places to go to and what to see. The reception was unmanned during our stay but the restaurant staff were very helpful.

Unfortunately the balcony is right next tot the restaurant vent - very noisy and warm air rushing constantly, so we paid extra for nothing.
The room is amazing looking into the Bay, very modern. The staff are so nice and very friendly as well as helpful. If I have to say one thing that I did not like is that they don’t have staff over night in the hotel as it is a very small boutique hotel. Easy to over look that one thing.
If I to be asked where to stay in chania i would for sure say this hotel.

We had an amazing experience. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with all the amenities we needed. The property is right in the heart of Old Town Chania and we had a beautiful view of the light house and sunset from our balcony. The breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was delicious and very filling. They communicated throughly before our stay and sent us multiple parking options that were close to the hotel since no cars are allowed in Old Town. We found parking easily and only a short walk away from the entrance.
Everything about this hotel was perfect. The view, the shower, the electrical outlets, breakfast, distance to restaurants and bus station. etc. Maybe the best hotel I've ever stayed in.
