Cons:

Let me start from staff, they were utterly unpolitely and untrained. They never gave any attention to the needs. The staff and the attitude i recieved at my recent visit at hyatt have stamped a permanent memory that i wont step inside this hotel ever again. From my checkin process to my breakfast to checkout i was made to feel unwelcomed and out of place. This was the first time i was made to feel such at a hyatt property even though i am a hyatt member and have stayed at multiple properties.

Had a pleasant stay with a lovely room upgrade

A fabulous relaxing stay, good for family time or any celebration.
Pros:

The indoor pool, with the steam and jacuzzi. Also, a really good selection of food for breakfast and with the club access. The management were very helpful and courteous.

Great room slow / uninterested service
Pros:

The room was excellent

Cons:

Service was slow. Missed requests, order items. Staff did not know updates on pool being under maintenance l. Wifi wasnt working well through the stay
