Terrible experience unprofessional
Pros:

Ok but too pricey

Cons:

The staff was too aggressive negative attitude bad customer service didn't get my correct room I reserved and had to wait 2hrs for them to get my reservation together when it was booked online. Terrible experience and my money wasn't refunded

It was pretty good despite the all the ants.
Pros:

Value. Main Lobby was very nice so I thought the room would be the same. Staff was super friendly especially Isis.

Cons:

The room had a really bad ant problem. Ants on the desks, dressers, walls, ceilings, and bathrooms. Also the sink was clogged.

2nd time booking
Pros:

Convenient to shopping. Easy to book. Staff was pleasant. Heated pool. Beds were clean, had a small refrigerator in the room and makeup magnifying mirror in bathroom is a nice feature. This was my second time booking here and will again when needed.

Cons:

Other guests were noisy in adjoining rooms and pillows too thick.

Disappointed I wasn’t provided the right room, number of beds, or clean sheets at least. I wish the worker lady would’ve
Cons:

I booked a double bed, and was given one bed. the lady working front desk at 4am or so didn’t even tell me. Got into the one bed room, was disappointed but tired so I accepted it. We went to pull the covers back and there were makeup stains or something brown like all over the sheets. My showerhead was loose from the wall in room 322. I also overheard a guest saying her bathroom was moldy.

Comfortable stay with a friendly, professional staff
Pros:

I chose the hotel because of the complimentary shuttle service within a 5-mile radius and not just between the airport and the hotel. Many thanks to Chris, Martha, Jimie and Ella for driving me around! You made my visit to Greenville SC much more pleasant and it lightened my load. Isis at reception and her colleagues, as well as Janine at the Atrium Lobby Bar were super friendly yet still professional. The King room with the sofa was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Very nice lobby. I didn't get to try the pool and the fitness room due to lack of time though. At the Marketplace in the lobby, I noticed that in addition to snacks and drinks you can also get over-the-counter painkillers and diarrhea medication, just in case.

Cons:

The breakfast was good enough with real porcelain and silverware, however, coffee was served in a paper cup. The trash bins in the bedroom and bathroom had plastic liners, but I had to put the liners in the bins myself. I had a window in my room but had a view of the rooftop. Not great, but since I was out during most of my stay, it was no big deal. When I first entered the room, a screw from the door frame flew out and the door jam came loose. I reported it right away and they sent someone over within minutes to fix it. The floor of the bathroom was sticky, but maybe it was just my slippers. But the one table at breakfast was also sticky. It might have been the type of cleaning agents they use. So just little things here and there.

Pros:

The breakfast was good and you can eat all you want as long as your down in lobby! They have workout area and inside swimming pool etc.

Cons:

Nice security and surveillance plenty of parking and easy access! Elevator move quite fast but have to be acces with room key card
