We had an absolutely wonderful experience, and a huge part of it was thanks to Vasiliki! ❤️
We were a group of 8 people, and from the moment we arrived, she took care of absolutely everything we needed. She was always available, attentive, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay.
No matter what we asked for or needed, Vasiliki was there to help always with patience, warmth, and a smile. Managing the needs of a group of eight people is not easy, but she made everything feel effortless and made us feel truly taken care of throughout our entire stay.
Her service went far beyond what we expected, and she made our experience at the hotel so much better. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us.

Very clean, modern hotel. Rooms good size, luxurious with good A/C. Food of high quality and plenty of it.
Quality of alcohol poor - mixers, spirits & wine low quality. Sun loungers uncomfortable. Too few bars open in the evening so whole hotel squashed onto lobby balcony! Need more social areas around the bars in the evening. Lacked atmosphere.

No nos explicaron el funcionamiento del todo incluido a la entrada, ni de cómo reservar los restaurantes, la habitación olía a humedad y tenía insectos (tenemos fotos), las cañitas del bar de la piscina tenía moho, había avispas por todos lados, no nos dieron ninguna facilidad para cambiar una reserva de la que terminamos saliendo un día antes de lo previsto.

נאלצנו להמתין כשעה וחצי בלובי עד שקיבלנו לאחר ויכוחים רבים חדר בבניין המלון.
קבלת הפנים היתה צוננת......
החדר שקיבלנו העלות שלו נמוכה בכ 60 יורו בהשוואה לחדר שהזמנו באמצעותכם.
אני מצפה לקבל מכם החזר כספי.
very good food, nice beach and bar
after initial issue with beds everything was then ok, but hotel needs better A/C
The stuff was very friendly, efficient and helpful. The location was great. The qiuet pool was absolutely a gem, we learned about it only two days after our stay. The beach was great, the facilities were basic , but comfortable.
The stuff at the bar near the main pool was nice and happy to serve.
There was one day with the BBQ at the pool which was really a nice refreshment in comparison to the usual routine.
The air-conditioning system didn't properly work during the hottest days .Had to wait quite a while for each elevator.
But mostly disappointing was food. While you pay quite a sum for "all inclusive " you expect every day a variation of food and a nice quality.The alcohol at the bars was low quality and lacking fresh orange and grapefruits and we couldn't enjoy the drinks at fullest. The food could be better quality, and more than that- the two restaurants a-la carte were just not agreeable. We left all the food and moved back to the main restaurant to be fed. Although the Greek deserts were fantastic.
In order to find a place near the pool , we had to leave our stuff at 6 o'clock on the pool beds .
אהבתי את השקט, את היופי של המקום גם המלון וגם הנופים מסביב, את הקירבה לים,
לנו הייתה חוויה לא נעימה בקבלה, הפקידה אמרה לנו שאנחנו מקבלים חדר משודרג אבל אז הוא היה מחוץ למלון לקחו אותנו בלי לשאול אותנו דרך מסלול ארוך ולעלות עליה לאיזה מבנה שהוא מחוץ למלון והיא הייתה מאוד מאוד לא נעימה הפקידת קבלה. כשהתקשרתי לבקש להחליף היא אמרה ששום דבר לא פנוי וזה מה שיש. התעקשנו על להחליף את החדר ובאמת החזירו אותנו אחרי כמה שעות ביקשנו שיחה עם המנהל ואז קיבלנו פיצוי
וחשוב לדעת שמי שלא יודע. אם מזמינים פחות מחמישה ימים הם אומרים שלא ניתן להזמין מסעדות מה שלא ידענו על זה גם מראש וגם לא כשהתקלענו למלון.
זה היה מאוד מעליב אבל בסוף המסעדה גם הייתה ממש ממש גרועה.

The times for breakfast and dinner finish too early and if you want to book one of the à la carte restaurants you have to book as soon as you get there otherwise the choice of dates and times are limited

Немає чогось такого, що б мені сильно не сподобалося.
С первой минуты прибывания и до момента отъезда ни разу не пожелали о своём выборе отеля.
Радушная встреча, комфортное расселение, вкусная еда и напитки, спортивные занятия и вечерние развлечения, завораживающие виды искреннее желание удовлетворить любую просьбу всё зто и многое другое сделало наше прибывание на оценку 10 из 10.
И если солнце и море - зто
дары природы , то отношение персонала к гостям отдельное искусство. На протяжении всего отдыха чувствовали себя долгожданными гостями , которым хотели во всём угодить и с которыми не хотели расставаться❤️
Отдельное, сердечное спасибо Lily ❤️за помощь с переводом, за очень искреннее, не шаблоное, поздравление и сюрприз в номере🎁 за резервацию лучшего столика в ресторане по поводу дня рождения мужа 🙌 Благодаря Вам Lily нам не о чем было беспокоиться.. оставалось делать то, за чем приехали: отдыхать.

Всё очень понравилось. Может, наличие ещё одного душа возле зоны Relax-cabin было бы просто идеальным решением.

Pobyt w tym hotelu był wspaniały. Przepiękne widoki. Pokoje są czyste i zadbane, śniadania pyszne i bardzo różnorodne, podobnie jak lunch i kolacja. Plaża zachwyca swoim pięknem i jest idealnym miejscem do wypoczynku. Krystaliczne morze sprzyja pływaniu i sportom wodnym. Idealny basen, bardzo czysty, a do tego mnóstwo leżaków zarówno przy basenie, w ogrodzie jak i na plaży - w zależności od preferencji. Wieczorne animacje urozmaicały pobyt. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje niezwykle miły i pomocny personel. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel!
The pools were stunning, the property was well maintained and the staff were very friendly
Could do with another restaurant as the two that were there were hard to get a reservation at and staying there more that 5 days although the buffet food was lovely it got a bit boring

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Zimmer gemütlich und das Personal ist äußerst freundlich, bemüht und professionell. Besonders möchten wir Frau Lili von der Rezeption loben – sie war immer sehr hilfsbereit, nett und professionell. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service!
Insgesamt können wir das Hotel aber weiterempfehlen.
Der Strand ist wunderschön und sauber, allerdings gibt es im Meer viele große Steine, wodurch das Baden teilweise unangenehm war. Leider hat uns auch das Essen im Hauptrestaurant nicht besonders überzeugt, daher ein Stern Abzug.
