Excellent competive price, clean room, but side yard was an eyesore.
Pros:

Very competitive price compared to all rooms in Vegas on the weekend, and room was clean with a fridge. It was also quiet, neihbors were respectful.

Cons:

1. No breakfast, but that was fine. We ate brunch at BabyStacks.
2. Water pressure was much too low. So anything I did (washing face, brushing teeth, taking show) took much too long.
3. Owner could have at least threw away a dirty mop in the side yard.

Pros:

The room was good and big and clean and have a terrace. Good price and neighbourhood.

Cons:

The host was very unfriendly and totally not simpatic. I had a big delay on my flight, and he didnt care about it. It was self check in, but I needed to be there on time. He told me I dont respect the rules, but was not my fault and after he said I need to complain on the airplane company. Fine, was ok to stay there. Also he told for 200 dollar I cant expect service. Maybe he should make the price higher and offer good service. I would just not go back because of the way he was talking to me, very arrogant. He dont care about how you are, just tell 100 times the house rules and what happen if you break them. Im not a kid in the school to speak to me like that. If you want to enjoy a weekend in Las Vegas, dont go here. If you come for work or study, yes.

It is a house, where you have one room for you.
Pros:

The owners are helpful and quick to respond to your questions

Cons:

It is far away from main street 1 hour with a bus and it is not good neighborhood. The air conditioning is right above the bed and blows on you. Cameras are in the kitchen. Restroom is not in good condition.

Go stay somewhere else.
Pros:

That I didn't have to go outside my room for anything. Microwave, Mini Fridge and bathroom.

Cons:

The place smells like urine when you walk in. There's NO cold shower water, only hot. It's either Super Hot or nothing. Eventually you'll have to play with the shower to get the correct temperature. Then it's like the water pressure is so low that it's drops coming off the the shower head. And there's cockroachs everywhere. You kill one, two more appear. The bed is super hard. It's that cheap bedframe, that'ds made out of metal. The mattress is not thick enough. And I got bit on my ear.
