El personal del hotel tanto recepcionistas, camareros, limpiadoras con un trato exquisito, la ubicación el hotel y limpieza.
El estado del hotel en general y de la habitación no es el adecuado. Necesita mantenimiento urgente.
El baño tenía olor fuerte a cañería. Avisé a recepción y no se hizo nada al respecto más que echar lejía para camuflar el olor.
No creo que la culpa sea del personal sino de la gestión sin rumbo.

Meget negativt var, at der var alt for mange kvinder. Især havde vi fornemmelse af at der kom mange kvinder ind på dagsbilletter, altså som ikke boede på hotellet. Flere dage oplevede vi at over halvdelen af personerne omkring pollen var kvinder, meget skrigende og larmende. Samt de forlod området meget sent.
Det mest negative ved hotellet er at man har beslutter at ændre konceptet fra : gay only til adult only,(dette er den eneste grund til vi ikke kommer tilbage)da dette har for os stor indvirkning på stemningen på hotellet, især har det negativ indvirkning omkring poolen. Ved pool er det kun tilladt med badetøj og det lille område hvor der er nøgenhed tilladt er meget lille, kedeligt og ynkeligt.

The colors of the room, too heavy in green and red. Noise all night from Yumbo Center. Swimming pool open to public and not exclusive for the hotel guests, which means you sometimes don't have sun beds available.

I was upgraded on arrival and I have to say the staff on reception was outstanding, so professional and polite, made me feel at ease being a solo traveller. My room was like so big, comfortable queen sized bed, plenty of room to walk about and I also had a very large living room with sofas and a television. I also did not realise that I had free breakfast, the breakfast was basic but of excellent quality, perfect to start the day. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels left, the bathroom probably do need updating but the price paid, the other living arrangements , the bathroom did it’s job without any problems, loved my stay here.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel, I’ve just booked to come back again next year.

The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was very poor, with limited options, and it was available for only one pre-selected hour. The air conditioning was in the living room but not in the bedroom, and the facilities felt old and outdated.
