Guest Reviews
the staff are great, but very stressed and overworked, so they do not have much time to interact with guests and diners. Very good coffee in the morning, and while I only had light dinners on a few nights, it was good.
The housekeeping is okay, but again I feel they are stretched and do not have time for consistent, thorough cleaning, (see pictures). The "blackout curtains in the bedroom are not fitted properly, and therefore not really blackout at all.
The courtyard dining are is pleasant enough, but it is not cleaned properly and on several occasions I had breakfast there, with plates and glasses still there from the night before. Nobody ever cleaned the ashtrays and they were always overflowing. Very unsightly at any time.
Maintenance is somewhat lax and it needs some care to fittings and furniture, some corridor areas had dead insects on window sills for the full (4 day) duration of my stay.

Easy location - we arrived late and left early, so didn’t see much of the hotel or facilities
Its a good base for the airport with some food shops around. Receptionist was pleasent, seemed quiet but everything was nice. Room a little tired but all clean and good price
The staff are second to none, nothing was too much trouble, we had a vehicle breakdown and recovery, all of the team were so helpful and reassuring.

Under staffed bar people were serving food so if queue at bar food got cold never had hot meals .freshly decorated inside out side very shabby needs a good looking at.nice large bed. Bathroom door latch keept gaming reported on arrival Sunday still not fixed Thursday when left

Full English, awful, swimming in oil, which you could smell. It looked good, however I couldn’t eat any of it! Disappointing!
Handy location, good dog friendly room.
Most people had dogs off lead which was annoying as kept coming over to our room. Restaurant also closed (due to heat) and room wasn't ready at 2pm for check in as hotel very busy.

Used this hotel while visiting family in the Verwood area. Very conveniently placed just off of the main A-road for the area
The room had not been suitably cleaned. Empty toiletries from the previous guests, and the soap in our bathroom hadnt been restocked. The windows in the hallways hadnt been cleaned in weeks. Black mould on the seals of our room windows. The dining room seating was rickety or torn and tired.
