El personal es extraordinario.

Cons:

Aunque llevamos todo incluido, hay muchas excepciones. En el bar de la piscina entraban sandwiches mixtos y poco más. Con la bebida igual. Tenías que tener cuidado con lo que pedías.

Buen hotel
Pros:

He ido varias veces y siempre he tenido una gran experiencia. El personal es muy cordial y las habitaciones son grandes con las camas muy cómodas

Cons:

El hotel es muy largo y a veces despende de donde te toque hay que andar mucho, pero tampoco tiene mucha importancia. Alguna puerta del baño te la puedes encontrar descascarillada, pero por lo demás está todo muy bien

El hotel de las fiestas y los shows
Pros:

Apartamento amplio

Cons:

Los shows del propio hotel hacían que temblará mi habitación y no pudiera dormir, cuando llame a recepción el chico me dijo que no podía hacer nada, que es cosa de las chicas de animación, era horrible temblaba todo, fueron cuatro días sin poder descansar.

Pros:

Hotel muy completo. Piscina, buenas instalaciones, actividades. La suite muy bonita y acogedora.
El buffet del restaurante muy variado y completo, tanto en desayuno como en cena.
Pero lo mejor sin duda el personal, muy profesionales y amables, cabe destacar el trato recibido por parte de Lucía (trabajadora del restaurante), fue de 10, nos ayudo en todo lo que necesitamos,fue muy atenta y simpática.
En general muy contentas con todo.
Lo recomendamos 100%.

Cons:

Los horarios, son muy tempranos y en algunos casos como en la cena, muy reducidos.

Great location near the beach, comfortable rooms for three, and convenient nearby parking.
Pros:

We had a great stay and everything was perfect. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We were traveling as three people, and the third bed was surprisingly comfortable, so everyone slept well. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the beach, and it’s also convenient if you’re planning to explore the surrounding area. Another big advantage, is the nearby parking. So, we never had to worry about finding a place to park. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Lo mejor del hotel fue, sin duda, la amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y hacer la estancia más agradable. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y eran cómodas, y las instalaciones se encontraban bien cuidadas. También se agradece el buen ambiente del hotel y la tranquilidad de las zonas comunes, lo que permitió disfrutar de unos días de descanso. En general, el trato recibido por parte del equipo fue el aspecto más destacado de la estancia.

Cons:

El buffet ofrece muy poca variedad y las comidas se repiten continuamente. Además, el todo incluido es bastante limitado, especialmente en la piscina. Comparado con otros hoteles de la misma cadena, la diferencia es notable y queda por debajo de lo esperado.

Cons:

Empezando por la comida, peor que la de hospital, lo único que se salva son los desayunos y porque desayuno tostadas que si no me muero de hambre. Los pasillos son muy pero que muy largos y mal señalizados, el trato de algunos camareros y cocineros deja mucho que desear, ya que si no vas a la misma hora que los turistas extranjeros te hablan y te miran mal e incluso te quitan los platos de la mesa sin haber terminado de comer.
La limpieza brilla por su ausencia, el día que entre vi mugre encima de las mesitas de noche y cuando me fui seguía la misma mugre ahí, ademas de que maté una cucaracha y se tiro en el mismo sitio 4 días( deje la habitación y seguía ahi)
El parking tiene lector de tarjetas y teclado, pues tienes que bajarte y subir del coche y tocar al telefonillo para que te abran en recepción( a veces te preguntan el numero de habitación y a veces no)
En resumen, si no eres turista extranjero tu dinero no vale lo mismo que el de el y por ello recibes un trato distinto e inferior.
