Nice place and friendly staff.
The hosting familiy were amazing
Nothing🙂
The property is a family-run hostal. The family is very friendly, including their cat Theresa.
The rooms are spacious, shower is good, everything is clean. The food is lovely (breakfast, dinner and snacks).
Nothing, although some noisy trucks may pass by during the early morning.
We stayed in three guest houses along the Quilotoa Loop and this was by far the best one. Definitely recommend staying here! Stefy, Dona Clarita and the whole team were super friendly hosts and we felt very welcome. The room was spacious and very cozy with two floors (we slept on the upper floor with a skylight just above the bed from which you could see the stars at night) and a small balcony with great views. The bathroom had hot water and everything was super clean. There was also free tea and coffee at all times and very tasty food - make sure to try the free banana bread!! :)
Can't think of anything!
The wonderful family that runs this place truly made us feel as welcome as if we were in our own home. The breakfasts and dinners were absolutely delicious. The wifi was the very best we have had anywhere in Ecuador; we could stream videos on 4 different devices at once without a problem. The room was small but clean and comfortable, and when we needed more space we were welcome in the common area. The view from the inn is beautiful, especially at sunrise.
Nothing!
Good location and easy to find.
Close to the road however there’s not a lot of traffic.
This family run hotel was wonderful. After a very long hike from Quilotoa Crater, our family of 7 arrived exhausted. We were met with warm smiles, banana bread and a wonderful home cooked meal. Breakfast was just as delicious, along with a packed lunch we ordered. The rooms were clean, had plenty of bedding for the cold night, and our 5 and 7 year old loved the room with the loft bed. Showers were hot, and much needed after our long hike before we started day 2. The family that runs this Inn was incredible, and so friendly and welcoming.
Nothing. Everything here was wonderful. Town has limited stores, but enough to stock up for your next day of hiking. And the food at Donna Clarita was exceptional.
Hostel was exactly what we needed after a long day of hiking. Clarita was a super host and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was really clean and cozy. Breakfast and dinners part of the booking were delicious! Highly recommend staying here
We did arrived on a very windy day and the town had lost power, but thankfully the showers were all gas fired, so we could still have hot showers. Power came back on at night.
The owners were very welcoming and friendly. The communal area is very cosy especially because they have a fireplace which warms you up on a chilly night. The food and also the free banana bread were amazing. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.
