Great stay at a reasonable price.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful they were also very accommodating as I was with crutches so needed a ground floor room. Breakfast was good. It was in an ideal spot for our Soul Weekender at Winter Gardens. All in all a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The ground floor room was right by the bar and the rooms weren't very soundproof. But not too much of a problem as was out of the room most nights till late.

Clean, nice lounge and dining area, breakfast was good, but disappointed with dated rooms and noisy floorboards
Pros:

Lounge bar and dining room were very good, location was great

Cons:

Rooms old fashioned and dated. No curtains in our room. Floor board above and in our room extremely squeaky, avoid room 36 if you dislike the room above making noise

Ronseal-Does what it says on the tin. Good B&B perfect location for us.
Pros:

The breakfast was nice. The staff helpful. The room was a bit dated, but well stocked, functioning and clean.

Cons:

Unfortunately the room was over the bar and there was karaoke that night. The guy singing 10/10 for confidence and attempt, 1/10 for skill and performance. NOT THE HOTELS FAULT!!!
