Für eine Übernachtung war es vollkommen ausreichend. Tierfreundliches Hotel, es gab sogar Hundefutter beim Check in. Das Frühstück war super vielfältig und können wir empfehlen :)
Preise für Parken, Hund und Frühstück sind sehr fair

Cons:

Zugang Garage etwas umständlich,
Boden hätte man wischen müssen. Unser Baby hatte etwas dunkle Knie nach dem Krabbeln

Fantastic stay
Pros:

Lovely clean apartment. Kids were very excited that it had an upstairs, and that separated our 2 areas well. balcony for evenings was great as it was very hot weather when we came to stay. Kitchenette was fab, with a kettle as well as coffee machine and microwave. Breakfast was good too.
Walkable 15 minutes to Lille Europe, and 5 mins to tram lines and local mini-supermarket and couple of resto's /, bars and cafes. 15 minutes walk to vieux Lille as well.

Cons:

We visited the hottest week of the year and it was about 35 degrees, and unfortunately no a/c. Fans were provided as I know a/c is not readily available in France. We coped with balcony doors and windows open.

Pros:

L'ensemble de la chambre, sa propreté. La gentillesse du personnel et la qualité du petit déjeuner (au top).

Cons:

Dommage que les chambres ne soient pas adaptées aux grosses chaleurs.. C'était étouffant malgré le ventilateur (très bruyant).

Etablissement agréable
Pros:

Etablissement fonctionnel, très calme, facilement accessible en voiture, relativement bien situé (20 minutes à pied de l'hypercentre). Lits confortables.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner (qui termine à 10h - c'est trop tôt le week-end) est largement dégarni très tôt, sans que cela attire une vigilance suffisante de la part du personnel. Il est anormal de manquer quasiment de tout, jus d'orange, fruits, fromage blanc, oeufs brouillés etc, dès 9h20 / 9h30, et qu'il faille réclamer pour espérer obtenir un renouvellement. Désolé, mais le petit déjeuner se termine à 10h, pas à 9h15, et il n'est pas professionnel de ne pas pouvoir disposer de tout jusqu'à 10h.

Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, goed ontbijt, terras waar je buiten kunt ontbijten, hotel is op loopafstand van centrum, koelkastje en waterkoker op de kamer, fietsstation in de buurt (ilevia), nette en rustige buurt, je kunt pizza bestellen..

Cons:

Ik had wel oordoppen nodig want koelkastje en verkeer (met raam open) hoorde ik wel. Met oordoppen hoor je daar niks meer van. In de buurt waarin het hotel lag, is niks interessants te zien. Dus je moet altijd eerst naar het centrum en verder naar het zuiden om toffere wijken te zien.

Ik moest vragen om een extra rol wc-papier. Ze reinigen maar 1x per week de kamer, dus gebruik niet meteen alle handdoeken...

Alleen franse tv-zenders.

Quiet, student-type B&B accommodation with a good tram link into the city.
Pros:

A good location very near a tram stop for travel into Vieux Lille or Roubaix.

Secue underground parking, easy to use.
Quiet, with views onto trees and gardens from our 5th floor window.
Good breakfast in cheerful breakfast area.

Cons:

It seemed expensive for what it was.
Evening eating options are limited. The pizzas and heat-up ready meals offered at Reception didn't look appetizing.
You could try Le Campanile Hotel restaurant on the same square, 2 minutes away, which has a good buffet on week
nights.

Avoid weekends, as there is only an overpriced 'microwave' menu.

Great hotel, decent price and nice location, very convenient for the tram to Lille Europe or Lille Flandres.

The room was pretty hot, but it's not the fault of the hotel that it was this weather end of may.
